Extremely Disappointed – Not a Hotel, Just a Lodge in Disguise

First of all, don’t get fooled by the name – this is NOT a hotel, it’s just a lodge trying to act like one. I booked a “Classic Room” thinking it would be decent for the price I paid (Rs. 2,100), but it was an absolute rip-off. The room was small, suffocating, and nowhere near worth the money.

Secondly, the location. Yes, it’s in the city center – but for me, that was a nightmare. The area is extremely crowded and chaotic, making it horrible to drive around, especially if you’re not familiar with the place.

Parking is another disaster. It’s highly congested, and to make things worse, our car got blocked by a water tanker for 20–25 minutes while we were in a rush to attend a function. And guess what? The parking area is far from the lodge, and there’s no direct lift access from it. It’s just not at all convenient.

Also, no in-house restaurant. You have to order from some nearby third-party restaurant. That’s not what you expect when you book a place that calls itself a “hotel.”

Thank god I stayed only for one day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And a final tip – don’t trust the property photos. They are completely misleading. What you see is definitely not what you get.

Location :- Perfect and in central location. My first visit to Latur & All Transportation from MSRTC, Autos, private vehicles were just nearby. Rooms :- Nicely cleaned & perfect size. Beds, washrooms & AC is perfect. It’s more than value for money. Downside :- No working kitchen, though many option in walkable distance. Suggestion:- when everything is perfect, Don’t charge for water & other small things. Just raise room charge by 100 bucks & give these things free.

Best place to stay if you are in latur. Rooms and Cleanliness is best at it's place. But you have to compromise with the room service. If you order the water bottle they just say bheja hai sir but till you get checked out the room Water bottle doesn't receive at the room. So ypu have to compromise in room service. Else Rooms are very good, Bathroom also specious and clean. Ac are best cooling. In good condition. If in latur best place to stay...
