Pizza Hut | Ambejoai Road, Latur — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I recently visited Pizza Hut on latur location for their Friday unlimited offer, and I was extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received from the staff.

Upon arriving, everything seemed fine. However, the issue started when I didn't eat the crust of my pizza. The staff, without any warning or explanation, refused to serve me more pizza. When I inquired about this, they rudely told me it was their rule that every part of the pizza, including the crust, must be eaten before getting another slice.

I was shocked and confused because I had checked the terms and conditions of the Friday unlimited offer and found no such rule. When I politely pointed this out, the staff became even more hostile, treating me with complete disrespect and making me feel like I was being unreasonable for questioning their so-called policy.

Their attitude was not only unprofessional but downright indecent. They made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed in front of other customers. It's one thing to have policies, but enforcing non-existent ones with such rudeness is unacceptable.

Pizza Hut, I expected better from you. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and it wasn't from the pizza. Management needs to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with respect and that any policies are clearly communicated and fairly enforced.

Had ordered the Chicken Supreme Medium pizza and review pertains to it. Probably the chef in this franchisee wants to follow his own taste buds than adhering to the Pizza Hut standards. Or he has not been adequately trained by Pizza Hut. Not sure but I never had such a salty tasting Pizza in my life before. Both me and my son barely finished one slice of the Medium size pizza and had to throw the rest as it was so salty. Total waste of money.
