disappointment regarding our recent stay at Vasu Villa, Bungalow No. 16, Sunrise Society, Golden Valley, Lonavala, from May 9, 2025, to May 11, 2025, booked via InnOutHolidays. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised, and multiple issues severely impacted our stay, including misrepresentation, poor maintenance, safety hazards, and unacceptable behavior from the caretaker. The villa was advertised as a four-bedroom accommodation, yet:

One of the bedrooms included a pool table, making it inaccessible for general use.

Another bedroom lacked an attached washroom, which was not disclosed beforehand. Broken, loose, and misaligned tiles in the swimming pool resulted in a major injury, where a child suffered a deep cut on his toe, bleeding profusely within just hours of check-in.

Air conditioner remotes were non-functional, requiring manual switching, and one bedroom’s AC did not work at all due to this issue.

Water leakage was present in both a washroom and the kitchen pipeline.

Jacuzzi was only partially functional and had no provision for hot water, as confirmed by the caretaker.

One washroom had no geyser, and despite multiple requests, it was only installed at 11 PM, causing inconvenience late at night.

Only one bedroom had a wardrobe, forcing the rest of the guests to keep belongings scattered on the floor, making the stay highly disorganized.

No hangers were available in one of the washrooms to hang clothes or towels.

The caretaker was extremely rude and dismissive, adding immense frustration to an already disappointing stay.
