Kyriad Hotel Pimpri — Hotel in Maharashtra

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kyriad Hotel during my business trip to Pune. I must say that my experience was truly delightful, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Let me begin by discussing the food at Kyriad Hotel. The culinary offerings were exceptional, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, featuring an assortment of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot items. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly especially Lucy, ensuring that every meal was a delightful experience.

The quality of the stay at Kyriad Hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful and quiet environment. The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was commendable, and I always felt like I was coming back to a clean and welcoming space.

The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition particularly Swaraj and Saloni for their meticulousness in keeping the hotel spotless. Throughout my stay, the cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms was consistently top-notch. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a hygienic and sanitary environment.

Overall, my experience at Kyriad Hotel was exceptional. The food, stay, cleanliness, on-site hospital facility, and the staff, especially Swaraj and Saloni, were all outstanding. My daughter got married on 14th June in Kerala. A reception was organized for our family relatives in Pune on 25th Sunday from 7 pm to 11 pm at Kyriad Hotel Banquet Hall. Dear Gajanan Badgujar who is Kyriad Hotel Banquet Manager helped me with this Banquet Hall booking, Mike system, wedding couples sofa, Projector, Hotel Room etc and all other arrangements. Mr. Ankush who was served the food for our guest. This is our family's heartfelt thanks to all those who made our guests happy by cooking excellent food and all other arrangements and helpfulness. Dear Gajanan sir has allotted us two complementary hotel rooms for this reception. Excellent banquet service and exquisite food. My guests also had a great experience. Also, would like to convey my special appreciation to Mr. Gajanan Badgujar. I would definitely recommend this place. It was a truly delightful experience. I felt their customer attention skills were super. Good food quality and excellent hospitality. They treated me like my own family members. No words about the food because it was excellent. Overall I had a great experience with them, the staff was incredibly helpful and the facilities were great along with the atmosphere. Stayed here for about 4 days in two Superior Twins for four of us. First two days were great with little hitch in service speed, they say food will be served in 15-20 mins. but never served before 40-50 mins. Staff is polite but understaffed. On the third day problems relating to hot water cropped up and was sorted out after an hour or so. On the third day itself they announced that there will be no water supply for couple of hours (around 12 noon), then something went wrong and thereafter there was no cold water coming through taps and mixtures. Again, water coming from health faucets/jet spray stopped completely. We some how managed as they promised the problem would rectify by 8/9 am in the morning. But next day in the morning problem persisted and they opened another room where we four could use one bathroom for our morning chores. As this day was Ganapati Visarjan day overlapping with Sunday, I think there was very few staff who could handle or address. Again, the hotel is still under construction. On one occassion we have to wait in the lobby as both the elevators/lifts were engaged with construction trolleys and workers.

The location and amenities in the hotel are great. But I think this property is not yet ready to host guests. Food was also great, we enjoyed our breakfasts. Hence 4 stars, else once they are ready to host I will visit again (if they resolve my refund demand for one day) and w'd love to...
