Firstly the floor below our table was full of dirt had to ask them to clean it was so unhygienic as there were flies and mosquitoes, had to wait for about an hour only to get the food on table, I can understand due to weekend it may take time however had very bad experience the staff was absolutely careless of not serving water, spoon and tissues which are basics of any restaurant or a cafe. Upon asking them the captain staff said we can parcel the food and wasn't ready provide service for which we pay for the bill, food doesn't come free of cost. After explaining all of this to the owner he was also rude saying I don't want to hear your problems , saying apne khana kha liya to aap ab Jaa sakte ho ( very rude) as we are too busy today and cannot encourage your complaint. These guys are not even to a level of running a roadside stall. Everytime you see the owners are either smoking or seen drunk outside the waiting area in the building. Such a casual approach towards business or work won't lead them to success if they can't retain and respect regular customers. Hotel looks moderate. But the space inside is okay though not that clean. We don't feel the hygiene.

I tried Chicken biryani there, it was not tasty, still they are pricing high (₹150/-).

The jug in which they kept water was having stains of some gravy inside it.(4gt to click a pic). When we showed it to the service guy, he made an 'awe' sound as it is normal in there and changed the jug.

One of my friend gave bad comment on Kohlapuri(No salt at all) that he had. But other friends commented good for the egg fried rice and Dal tadka.

But some foods are good to eyes, I don't know how it is to taste. The food is expensive, but quality is not there. I don't prefer going...
