Location of this hotel is Very Prime. It's the biggest building in that area and has a beautiful view.

Hotel Ratnalok and Smruti Bar and Restro is one thing. So don't get confused.

If you want luxurious and Specious and Comfortable and quiet and budget Residence in Pimpri Chinchwad area then go for this Hotel.

Room's are super clean, Big in size, Has Bed, TV, Sofa, Almira, Dressing Table, Tea Table, AC, etc

Bathroom are Huge and specifically super clean and with Western Commode, Wash Basin with Mirror, Bucket, Towel, Soap and Shampoo, and specially A Bathroom Stool to sit on.

All rooms has Huge Windows and Curtains. The view from these rooms are Beautiful. Specially when it's raining outside.

Lighting inside the rooms are so beautiful. It enhances the royal look of the room.

All things such as Light, TV switch, AC switch, fan switch, charging, telephone, all lights control are placed beside Bed. So you don't have to move from your bed.

If you book this hotel from OYO then you get free breakfast.

Breakfast timing is morning 7 to 10 Am.

Breakfast was Good. (5/5) It had Poha, Upma, Dosa, Chole Bhature, Cornflakes, And some Froot Salad. Tea (Black and Regular) and coffee

The Meal menu is very expensive here. And Not that much Teasty. (3/5)

Waiter and manager were in some kind of Hurry when I went there to have Lunch. After providing the menu card the manager appears within 30 seconds to take my order.

After ordering 1 mocktail and some Main Course that waiter brought Mocktail with main course. When I did specified him to bring Mocktail first and then bring Main course.

(As I said before that the staff was in hurry or something)

It's a All Day Meal Restaurant so you can order anything from the menu any time.

Restaurant ombience is super quiet. You won't notice the time if you sit inside the restaurant. It's specious and quiet.

It has Medium and dim light inside, so it gives you a relax feeling.

You can come there by taking Lift or Stairs. It's up to you.

Reception is very polite and understanding. They follow the government rules and provide you the best service as they can.

Restaurant's number is different so you can directly contact to kitchen.

I have stayed with my friends and had a very bad experience. This place is not an ideal hotel to stay with your friends or family. Not ideal for couples too, coz they don't allow entertain unmarried couples. I have been to this hotel with friends, and the hotel stay made sure that boys and girls stay in a separate room. There was a watchman eyeing on us the whole night, the hotel staff sat in front of your room, to keep an eye that boys and girls sleep in the separate room. The people who sit in the reception doesn't have the courtesy to talk gracefully with the customer. Very bad management. Rooms, bed sheet, bathroom nothing was good about it. Cupboards were smelly. Hotel staffs were very rude. Have tried the breakfast which was very average! Didn't had the courage to try the lunch or dinner in the hotel. It was the worst nightmare. ||This hotel has no facility. This hotel even doesn't have proper drinking water !!||Don't go with the image on the website. It's far shadier...

Located on Mumbai Pune Highway Akurdi. The Hotel offers clean and spacious rooms which are well equipped with standard amenities. Hotel has all the rooms Air conditioned and free wifi available. Standard TV available with many local channel. The place offers complementary breakfast with limited menu. The Hotel has its own restaurant which has a good menu, the taste is nice although sometimes chicken doesn't taste well cooked. Prices are little on higher side when we eat in restaurant but cost much when we order room service. Staff is professional and humble. Many times it has room available but sometimes you need to check availability before travel. Room rate was Ok when it was independent but it is increased much after going to OYO. Overall...
