I wanted to like this hotel…I really did. Most of the staff did what they could to be accommodating and all were very pleasant. But this property does not meet Marriott or Le Meridien standards. When I checked in (room 713-very nice), no suite upgrades available but I was assured I would be assigned the first available. The following day, I was moved to to a suite, room 816. I was surprised to find first, the terrible odors in the room…best described as body odor and dirty diapers (poop). I knew the odors would dissipate so I struggled through the first night. I also noticed many large stains on the carpeted area of the room….as well as in the common areas such as hallways. Another unacceptable issue was the AC throughout the hotel. In both rooms in which I stayed, the temperature never went below 22C, despite being set at 18 C or lower. After the 3rd night of terrible sleep and the maintenance people attempting to remedy the situation, I went to the front desk and asked for a fan. None available. The common areas are very warm and uncomfortable. Oh…and be warned. The restaurant is also the “executive lounge”…per the front desk. Breakfast buffet is complimentary to platinum and above, so I expected, and was never told differently, that the food served from 7-9pm were also complimentary. After day 3 of eating there, I was told there was a charge for the “dinner buffet.” No verbal indication prior. I addressed with the front desk and charges were removed. This location is in a run down area and no quality restaurants within a reasonable distance as an alternative. The hotel is your only choice for food if you are not familiar with the area and don’t feel comfortable going out alone in the evening. *Edit to add: While eating breakfast staff member came to tell me they located a fan for my room, so we will see if that helps with the sleeping climate. **Post Edit: The fan helped keep the room climate cooler at night. So that was good. But this hotel is so poorly managed, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I kept my “do not disturb” light on at all times while in the room and 3 times the front desk called to disturb me. Twice to tell me there was someone at my door and the third time at 9:30 at night on Thursday, 4 days into my stay and well aware of my complaints, to ask me how my stay was going! This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Our office hosted an event at Le Meridien Hotel in Nagpur from 14 March to 17 March 2023. Almost 50 people stayed there for 4 days. A few pros and cons I am providing as i felt that the services are not meant like a 5-star hotel. I have been to many 5 star properties but the service and the hotel food did not make me feel that I am staying in Le Meridien. I spent 2 nights at Le Meridien Gurgaon and that experience was amazing. Pros: 1) The rooms were neat and clean with a work desk and chair. 2) The room does have an Iron and Iron board. 3) The property is situated very near to the airport 4) Access to GYM and Swimming pool is free. You can buy drinks while swimming. 5) I would like to appreciate the staff that we asked for ice buckets at mid-nights and they never hesitated to provide it. 6) The staff was very friendly and polite. They ensured our requests get fulfilled. Cons: 1) The delivery service of any item was very very very slow. We had to call at least 2 times to get the stuff. I am not sure why this was happening but the service was soooo slow. I have not expected this kind of service from Le Meridien. 2) Most of the room irons were already burnt and due to this one of my shirts got burnt stains from the Iron. I had to call twice to change the Iron. 3) One of the rooms did not have Iron Board and we called thrice to get the Iron Board. 4) The menu of lunch could be more elaborated. We have been served repeated Daal Tadka for 3 Days. 5) The hotel does not have any Indoor games. 6) The rooms did not have any bathrobes too. We enjoyed staying at the hotel but had to compromise with the service that received from the Hotel. The service was not representing the typical Le Meridien way that I used to get from Gurugram Hotel. I would like to appreciate the front desk staff that they provided extra hours to check out. The staff at the front desk was polite and humble enough. I am appreciating every member from the Front desk but cannot remember everyone's names. Thank you, Miss.Lokita for bearing us.

We arrived LeMeridien Nagpur at midnight after a long Day & flight. At Entry there was No security check done for us as well as luggage. Haven’t encountered such a lazy attitude in 5 star hotels in recent while. At Reception/ Frontdesk, we encountered Ms.Tanushree who seemed half trained. She was insisting us to pay or do preauthorization for an already Prepaid room. As she could not figure out on her, she called her senior Mr.Deb. He was also not different, but then after quite a while figured out that it was a Prepaid one. Then, both of them got into relax mode and on asking that can we have room keys, they realized that they were supposed to even give us the room keys. Before handing over keys both of them repeatedly said that room services needs pre authorization or you pay directly for room services. The same thing was told by Ms Tanushree and then by Mr.Deb multiple times. We had assured that it is okay with us either way but still even before handling the keys once again he said the same thing as if he was not confident & not trusted us. Bro, if it so why not make pre authorization mandatory?. At around 1 am in night , instead of helping your tired guest to be comfortable, Mr. Deb was rude and just trying ways to disrespect them. And on telling this is not the proper way , he started arguing for no reason. To me LeMeridien / Marriott Bonvoy means a Brand and people like Mr. Deb are just bring down it’s face value. They didn’t even bothered to show us elevator to room. Nothing personal, but its my request to Marriot Bonvoy ( I being a loyal member as well) to do a necessary council for Mr.Deb regarding how an hospitality should be atleast when it means Marriott Bonvoy or else remove ur Brand logo. Expecting a better experience next time. I m giving single star ⭐️ for service only because of Marriott Bonvoy / Le Meridien but actually Mr. Deb deaerves a big 0

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Méridien Nagpur during a business trip, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived at the hotel to the moment I departed, I was treated to an unparalleled level of service, comfort, and luxury.

Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel instantly welcomed. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was escorted to my room by a courteous staff member who ensured that all my needs were met. The room itself was a haven of comfort and elegance, with modern furnishings, plush bedding, and a stunning view of the cityscape.

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurants. The culinary offerings were a true delight, featuring a diverse range of delectable dishes that catered to various palates. Whether indulging in the sumptuous breakfast buffet or savoring a gourmet dinner, each meal was a gastronomic journey that showcased the expertise of the hotel's chefs.

Le Méridien Nagpur also boasts impressive amenities that further enhanced my stay. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. The serene spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of meetings. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the meticulously maintained grounds to the thoughtful in-room amenities.

The location of the hotel is also noteworthy, situated in close proximity to major business districts and tourist attractions. This made it convenient for me to explore Nagpur during my free time and easily access my business meetings.

What truly set Le Méridien Nagpur apart, however, was the staff's commitment to excellence. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable and enjoyable. Their genuine warmth and willingness to assist truly made me feel like a valued guest.

In conclusion, my stay at Le Méridien Nagpur was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding amenities exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting Nagpur for business or leisure, Le Méridien is undoubtedly the ultimate choice for a truly remarkable stay. I eagerly look forward to my next visit and the opportunity to once again indulge in the lavishness that this exceptional hotel...

I had high hopes but my experience with this hotel was horrible. Before booking the room I called at the hotel to ask if they can allow an early morning check in as I had to catch my train in evening by 6. At that moment the person at the reception said that it won’t be a problem and room will be provided. My flight landed early morning for which they had sent a car as it was requested by me. I reached the hotel and the receptionist said that there are no rooms available and room will only be provided by noon. I told her about my conversation which I had with her fellow person but she in a very rude way said I can’t help you have to wait. I waited in the lobby f from 5.30 till 7 am where there did not even have an ac working nor a fan. Later in the morning my parents also joined me. In this 1.5 hours nobody bothered to offer water or to show courtesy. There were just standby and talking to each other completely ignoring me, whereas in front of me there were few guests who vacated the rooms and handed over the keys but the so called staff did not even bother to come and assure me that in few minutes the room will be ready for me. Me and my parents travelled over night and we were completely exhausted but they were just busy having their own sweet conversation. Seeing this attitude I had to ask the manager and very clearly stated that this incident will be account via email that’s when she said that maam plz give us ur ids so that I can give you the keys. I did not expected a 5 star hotel to have appointed such laid back, irresponsible and unprofessional staff. It is sad to see people behaving like this as if I just barged in and asking for free accommodation. I will not at all recommend this hotel. They really need to work on their hospitality. I understand that they have a policy of check in time so when I had made the call before making reservations this should have made it very clear so that I would have booked accordingly. Later by sending 2-3 chocolates to say sorry doesn’t count as the damage has already happened. I really did not expect this a Marriott group of hotels. I hope this review is taken seriously and things...
