The food in Le meridian Latest recipe is so so sad .. I don’t remember when i had this level of bad taste… After a really long and tiring day , when we reached Nagpur around 9pm we saw this in start of the airport road as our hotel was still bit far , we thought of having dinner at le meridian without experimenting any where because of the brand name , we had ordered fish finger(which was burnt) not even okyish taste my kid simply denied it completely after having first bite.. and there were fries came along with it and each fries was quote too much salt no one could eat despite of the hunger we had … Than came the chicken lahsuni tikka which was good at-least at that moment we could have that.. Now comes the main course we had ordered mutton sukhha (which has so much chilly in it apart from chilly you cant taste a thing) , steam Rice was very low standard ( i have eaten better quality at highway side restaurants), than came the star dish Paneer Makhni ( it was so disgusting i almost vomited) … we had ordered dal khichdi which was very bland ( I had asked for bit customisation) first i thought because i tweaked it is bland but after seeing all other food I was like thank god it was tweaked else my kid would have to sleep in empty stomach. Naan and lahsuni chicken tikka was the only food we could eat forget enjoying the food. And lastly they had given some 5rs water bottle ( who everyone gives every where now a days for hygiene) , they have charged us 25 rs for each bottle, they dont even have a courtesy to give 1 liter bottle of kinley or bisleri despite of taking a hefty amount I am not person who give reviews late alone this long review but i feel this should be there , people who are going with kid with no bar for spending money and left with this disgusting experience it is not at...

I recently went to a dinner buffet for my birthday, with high expectations for good ambiance, food, and service. However, to my surprise (after all, it was my birthday and I was open to surprises), the kind of surprise I received was not what I was expecting from a Marriott Group hotel. When you visit such a fancy place, one has to shed a good amount but in return expect good services and food, which was sadly missing.

After we were seated, a waitress visited our table and said that snacks and soup would be served on the table, while the rest we would have to take from the buffet. That lady and her male assistant took almost 20-25 minutes to serve the snacks and soup, which were not warm/hot at all. We asked them to change the food, but to my surprise, they took back the same snacks and soup and came after heating them in the microwave. It was visible as the soup bowl had a marking that usually appears when we microwave some curry or soup. They obviously shuffled the bowl, but since I was there with my family, we managed.

Slow service was always there!

And lastly, one of the main attractions of a buffet, the sweets, was another heavy disappointment, with limited items, and most of them being dry. Even moong dal halwa, after continuous heating, turned into a powder form. It was disappointing, and there were no sweets left. It wasn't done until the last minute even after telling the chef to refill..

So I guess a brand tag is not enough to get going one day I'm sure if such service is continued and unchanged the development and the future potential in the hospitality sector of Nagpur will counter you...

LATEST DISASTER-- We entered the restaurant at 1:30 pm. Ordered starters at 1:40...they messed up the order...mezzo platter was not punched in (fine, please punch it in). This was followed by- mezzo platter is not up to the mark, so we will be unable to serve ( note- there is one vegetarian at our table which is why we ordered a veg started). The other starters were good. So far, so good. We ordered the main course at 2:10 pm...it took 15 minutes to let us know that the Thali was not available...fine we ordered something else.... it's 2:45 with no sign of the food..we were provided a measly salad as an apology...come 3 pm and one order for grilled fish was messed up..we got fish curry instead. At this point ,I lost it and let the staff know that le meridian standards have fallen. I have been to this establishment in mumbai and many other countries and the roadside stall has better service than le meridian in nagpur. This after, we mentioned we were here to celebrate a...

Loved the food variety. They feature a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The appetisers were excellent. The only flaw was that it was not hot, which I immediately notified the adjacent manager about, and they promptly gave the freshly cooked appetisers to the table. Parking: Because it is part of a hotel, there is enough parking. Accessibility: This location is easily accessible to everyone of any age or disability. Cost: Food and drink prices are greater than in similar-range restaurants. Taste: The dish has a good flavour, however I believe they need to find a better technique to keep it hot. "We keep food at room temperature," for example, makes no sense to someone who came with their evening best with family or friends and expecting to have quality food. Also time for serving breads really high. Staff: Staff is good and attentive.

Only ambience is good! Service very poor I think all service staff are new and undertrained not able serve, even not ready to tell you their specialty, we are here with our guest and it’s totally embarrassing for us. We ordered cesar salad what they serve only lettuce with mild mayo and sliced cheese after complaining they change give us with added olive which one also okok. As compliment their serve some kind of fryms it’s also soggy not crispy. Ordered some cocktails which one also not up to mark Overall bad experience. May be it’s not our day

I am specifically talking about Le Meridien Nagpur Restaurant. It always delighted to have a food here. Went Fresh ingredients, nicely cooked meal, properly arranged salad. Desert and breads are key attraction. Finger Licking food, customized menu item, and huge selection of dishes makes even better experience. I was too full to enjoy every single item. The service was top- notch and the ambiance was charming. The entire experience was wonderful. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back.
