This place firstly should not have been allowed to start catering to travellers. The place is dirty and filthy and the area is definitely not fit for cooking and serving food. It is on the main highway exposing a huge health risk for passengers consuming all sorts of food cooked in vehicular pollution. I'm well aware that it's not the first place serving food in unhygienic conditions, but it is wrong to make it an official stop for bus services operated by the state government, thereby leaving passengers with no other choice. I feel that's it's the moral duty of any government to ensure the safety and health of its citizens. I have mixed opinions of this place. They have put inexperienced bunch of kids at the reception that make you cringe. The rooms seem to be recently renovated and are comfortable. However, on the last day of my stay I caught the room boy munching on the papad which he then delivered to room 201. This is totally unacceptable and I made him apologize to the guest in that room. On the other have, the receptionist was polite and nice but didn't know how to manage well. I had to call every morning to ask him to turn on the geyser. He found the nerve to walk into my room and tell me that I need to pay more than everyday price after we had already made the payment for the day.
