I Mayank Yadav, along with my companions, checked into The Lagoona Resort Lonavala on the evening of May 9, 2024. Entrusted by the resort's commendable Google ratings, we contacted the specified number, answered by Ms. Ritika from the Mumbai office, who promptly secured our accommodation.

Initially allocated Room 221, we encountered a setback within an hour and a half due to a centralized AC malfunction, prompting a relocation to Room 241. Subsequent to a protracted delay and coordination efforts between the reception and other relevant departments, we finally obtained the key. Regrettably, during our stay in Room 221, we encountered issues with the AC, which necessitated another relocation, this time to Rooms 205 or 139, respectively. Facilitated by Mr. Bharelao, the property manager, and Mr. Ankit Chaturvedi from the front office, we eventually settled in Room 139, after enduring over four hours of inconvenience.

Furthermore, upon placing an order for snacks from the restaurant, the delivered items were in a deplorable condition. Following communication with Mr. Bhalerao and Mr. Ankit, the situation was addressed, albeit with further inconvenience.

Planning to check out on May 10, 2024, another unfortunate incident transpired in the washroom, where the shower, washbasin, and all water taps dispensed muddy water. Upon reporting this to the reception, the manager inspected the issue and extended an apology for the inconveniences endured over the past 20-22 hours.
