Villa 1 Lonavala review...

We planned a family get together at Lonavala last week with the intention of a serene.. pure.. weekend and after some net research (UN)fortunately we finalised Villa 1..!! Unknown to the facts that we have got a jackpot.. double delight in a price of one....! It was not at all the pleasure trip but was a superb thriller and adventurous experience... Like.... The Villa can’t be locked.... you feel as if you’re sleeping in a tent with family and kids with no one around.....??

The bedrooms can’t be locked because the push locks fitted on the doors are faulty... if you are inside the room and by mistake you lock it, it can be opened from outside only...!!!!???

So keep someone there to help you out..!

Day 1 morning two persons, one in police uniform appeared and asked for some donations.. I felt something fishy and asked them with an authoritative voice about it... then they said we are bahurupias.. and roam in different attires for our livelihood...! How can they move around as a Policeman..?? And the height of it on the day 2 one person came again in attire of Police Inspector with holster and the pistol ..!! Again the same excuse..!!

There is no guard to guard you... manage by yourself..!!

All the windows and door pans are not equipped with curtains.... total transparency..!! You can share the views with the neighbours..!!??

The window ACs are fitted on 12 feet height.....!!!!! However the owner is kind enough to provide a big rod to reach upto the switch..!

The back door of the kitchen is totally uprooted and is fixed with 2-3 temporary wood log support .. just one jerk and the house is open from the back side too....!!

Don’t forget to switch off the gas cylinder in kitchen if you’re not interested in experiencing gas chamber effect.. because it leaks..!

Now comes the bathrooms..... Out of three flush system of one, geysers of two and shower of all three were not working..& there is no mug bucket in any of the bathrooms..!! Classical example of crises management..!!! To add to it you can have a free experience of bungee jump..!!!!! If you dare to open the back door of the first floor bathrooms there is no parapet wall... direct free fall...!!!

And ironically the windows of the ground floor bathroom is just on 5 ft height... Anyone standing in the backyard can enjoy.....

Now comes the epic..... We.. with our families and kids were sleeping in an UNLOCKABLE house and all of a sudden there are bangs on the main door at 3 am..!!!! We were panicked and peeped out to see a group of 15-20 youngsters.!! They were insisting us to open the door... and when we refused two of them tried to enter by sliding the shutters... it was horrifying ... We immediately called the owner at Mumbai who was careless enough to keep his mobile off.. then we called the said to be care taker who was somewhere next door.... He was too fast asleep but thankfully responded coolly that ... Sir unka kal Ka booking hai.... woh jaldi aa gaye ....mai dekhta hoon .... aap so jao ..!! It took more than 45 minutes to shoo them away...! It’s really amazing how could anyone get entry in your boundary at 3 am... then your villa premises and then inside the house... without any interruption..!!??????

Overall.. we learnt crisis management... experienced thrill... horror movie Gate crashes... and much more ...!!

Anyone who wish to experience all this wonderful things may try this... others may not even...

It was the worst experience of my life that we stayed at this villa. We booked the villa for 34K for 2 nights of Weekend the pics he shared at the time of booking were totally different than the villa we were given and upon asking he said that I have upgraded your villa but from the condition of the villa it seemed major degrade only as there were cockroaches in the kitchen, lizards, kitchen back door was missing for anyone to come in which was major safety failure, linens, bedsheet, pillows were all smelling like rotten eggs and wet, no proper utensils in the kitchen whatever was there, it was in very pretty bad condition so we avoid using them.

After our arrival at the villa, there was water everywhere which caused multiple of my friends to fell and causing back injury which could have been a major spine injury but thank god it didn`t., the cloth used by the cleaning staff was all wet and it was making cleaning more worse after they started cleaning, shortly after 2 hours the light was gone and only the living room fan and light working on the invertor and there too there was short circuit happening and when told this to the owner, he assured us that electrician is coming which never did till next morning and the owner never answered after that.

The light came back around 11 AM next in the morning and then after calling the owner multiple times from different numbers he finally answered and when we asked him to give us back the refund as we didnt want to stay another night and will put this bad experience in reviews and instead of providing us refund he started threatening us that I will come there and beat you guys up and also threatened with very offensive words which I cant put over here to one of a female friend who actually did the whole booking with the owner and he was using would words with her as well I mean at that point of time it was just water above the board and we immediately left the villa obviously due to this worst experience but majorly due to threatens and foul language of owner.

I wish I would have recorded that call which I would post here but that was missed.

I strongly recommend avoiding booking this villa and any of the property of this villa owner and due to the owner still have all of our personal details address and phone with him I posting this review anonymously.

I have booked this villa for 2nd and 3rd Feb 2019 .So Satnam ji has given me his contact number .So we begin our talks regarding the bookings and everything from 23rd Jan 2019.So as we were a grp of 30 people so we had to see our budget and later need to decide the place.So while I was asking the host about the place ,price,How many people can stay and all so he told me you can bring 30-35 people.So when I asked him about the price he told me 38k including the dinner and next day breakfast and also he said check in and check out timings will be moderate .This things happened when I have not paid any advance to him.He also said that my business is because of your big groups and all.Like he was giving me big promises . Later,on 30th of January I paid him advance rs.20000/-.Now the story begin once I paid him the advance he is telling me you have to give 40k or else I will cancel your bookings.Also while leaving for lonavala I told him that we will reach early so he said in angry tone" That check in time is 1.30 .If you reach early than we will not entertain you and also he said "Don't call me again" in very angry tone.I respected him from the day I started talking to him till the day I reached his villa but he don't have any manners talking to people.Also the dinner was not good and breakfast was very bad.Also when we went to pool,we locked our rooms as well as the villa and also we had the villa keys.But there was robbery inside the villa as we don't know how it has happened My friends lost 1000/- bucks.I saw reviews of other people stating about the robbery and how the host give false promises to the guest. I request others not to go with the pictures of this villas as when we entered it was not cleaned properly and the odour was very bad.Worst experience of mine as well as of my friends and recommend other's not to visit this villa.Even though Host owned many properties he don't know how to communicate...
