Not a great stay at this hotel, despite good reviews on internet (not sure if those reviews are organic). I stayed there with family for 2 nights and it was NOT pleasant stay. Location is good and rooms are spacious but lacks required services.

No timely checkin. We reached hotel around 11.30 and requested for early check-in, to which reception said not possible and only at 1pm check in is allowed. At 12.50pm docs collected and signing formalities completed. We were informed that in 5 mins we will get keys as room is almost ready. After some arguments we finally able to check in at 1.30pm. And there were other 3-4 families fighting for their early check-in as well.

No greet and support from ground staff. They don't even offer to pick your luggage from parking to room. They don't even care about guest.

NO hot water, biggest issue. They have limited time for hot water (attaching their policy photo), and I did not get any hot water for my 2 nights stay. They mentioned it's issue with my room-115 only, other guests are getting it properly. To which they provided me water heater (photo attached). That heater they took back immediately after 10 mins, mentioning other guests also require it. It's a big mess with hot water. Imagine during peak season like winter/Christmas how they will manage.

Very poor or close to NO service. Need to ask for anything literally 4-5 times, even after that you won't get it. Requested water heater for 4 times, then went to reception and forcefully collected it. Requested bath towels for 4 times.

Food is not upto the mark, and again service is pathetic. We had lunch on first day, and after that not had a single meal in their hotel nor even breakfast. Quality and taste is not good. I ordered kombadi wade by looking at the photo they displayed in their restaurant and it was not great. I also asked for solkadhi, as shown in pic (added that photo here), to which they mentioned we don't serve solkadhi in kombadi wade plate. So u can guess those images are some internet images downloaded and displayed. You even don't get mouth freshners(sauf) along with bill. I asked for more than 5 times, finally went to bill desk and got it myself. Simple limboo Pani ordered, did not serve even after 1.5 hours in restaurant.

Not sure why, they insist on submitting your room keys and car keys (mentioned in their policy). I never handed over my keys to them as I have valuables. They gave bath towels late to me as I did not hand over my room keys. Strange!!

Also they keep bugging your door, irrespective of timings. Staff ringed my room at 3.30pm to ask my car number, which I already provided at checkin. Then at 11pm asking me pay restaurant bill of some other guest, unnecessary disturbance during rest time.

Passage lights would be off post 10.30pm. looking scary to walk to your room.

With all these issues and challenges, they charge very much. I am sure surrounding basic home stays are much better in services and...

Unbelievably worst experience of my life.

The list of things that went wrong kept growing the longer we stayed there. Which was not a lot considering it was only 1 night. We stayed in the family room of 6. Here goes:

The swimming pool had dead flies and hair in it. They cleaned it upon request (half heartedly) but it remained dirty.

The rooms look spacious in pictures but in reality they're tightly packed and not at all up to the mark. The latch on the washroom doors was made of plastic, all broken as well. The floor of the balcony was made of plywood and it was coming off (as in picture).

The curtains in the room were misaligned (seen in pic) which looked so shoddy, and while going into the balcony the curtain pipe also fell off. Which they fixed. But ????

At night while using the toilet, it broke. (See pic) The WHOLE thing just came off. It really could've caused a serious injury and is a major thing of concern about the property fixture. We were left with 1 washroom for 6 people and they only gave option to repair, not even a room change. Of course we left even before check out time.

So. Many. Restrictions. Don't touch the flowers or Rs 500 fine, don't dirty the bed sheet or fine. Don't bring eatables or else pay fine. What about the fine for our peace of mind that was stolen?

There were cockroaches of ALL sizes in the washroom and some crawled up on the bed. We had to forgo one of the beds and squeeze in in other beds. We even caught one huge cockroach and trapped it in the drinking glass (pic attached) (Glasses weren't even provided in the room, we had to ask)

There were no hooks in the washroom to hang up the clothes. We literally pulled a chair inside to keep our clothes. When confronted they told us to use the cupboard hangers (????). Then they realised there was nothing to hang them on. On request for plastic hooks that could be easily purchased in shop, they went and literally hammered screws in the bathroom door. The screws came off with the slightest of weight because the door was, again, cheap and hollow.

Tldr; The staff were not hospitable, they looked like they would hit us with an axe if we said anything to them. Being a group of girls is not safe in this property because of the indecency of the staff as well as the shameless loot of money that is the facilities of the property itself. Don't get fooled by the images on internet and the good...

We were on vacation with 4 members and one pet. In the details of the white House beach resort it's written that it's pet friendly but the receptionist said that don't take the pet on the bed if a pet cannot go on the bed then why it was mentioned as pet friendly....next we come in the hotel and there are a group of college boys (of ages 18-21) they all went to the pool and the come out of the pool completely soaked and making the floor wet and it could cause accidents (anyone could slipped), the hotel should've atleast put a mat in front of the pool so they could atleast use it. There was no lift it will be an inconvenience for the elderly people and the disabled people. When we checked in the room it was stinking really bad ,we tried ventilating the smell it still smelled really bad then we entered the bathroom the smell was unbearable we had to shower there. Then there was a balcony which was not even floored properly we thought to let our pet there but it was not possible (mentioned in the photo). The locks were not turning properly they were all tight. When we came back to the hotel after a long day spending our time at the nearby beaches.....we were all dirty and wet we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water we called the receptionist to provide some hot water they said there was a fixed timing we asked why they said it was solar powered so they couldn't provide just wondering couldn't they just use electrical geysers the hotels are so cheap they used solar powered instead of electrical geysers it is so outdated to use solar powered geysers this caused a lot of inconvenience and we all had to shower in the freezing cold water. They also did not have the money to afford some handwash it was literally water mixed with handwash. The paris 2024 just started and we wanted to watch the opening ceremony......there were TVs provided in the room but we tried to turn them on but they were not turning on we called the reception I asked to send an electrician they said that the cable was not connected so I asked them can we watch the tv they kept twisting and turning their words and they finally said no it was not working so my question why would they even keep the tv in the first place? If it's not working then remove it? Is it an exhibition to keep it as a show piece overall this is the worst hotel. I do not recommend coming to this hotel. It was a very...

A Stay That Left Me Fuming! I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience at [Hotel Name] demands it. If you value your peace of mind, clean surroundings, and basic courtesy, do yourself a favor—stay away. Let’s start with the parking lot fiasco. A coconut fell on my car, leaving it damaged. You’d think the hotel would step in and take responsibility. Nope! Instead, I was met with rude, dismissive management who neither offered an apology nor any compensation. They practically washed their hands of the incident, leaving me to deal with the mess. The room was another nightmare. Dirty walls, a fan coated in what seemed like a decade’s worth of grime, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, the room’s lock was an accident waiting to happen. If you’re traveling with elderly family members, consider this a warning—the lock could easily leave someone trapped permanently. Now, let’s talk about the dining hall. Or should I say, a health inspector’s worst nightmare? Filthy floors, unclean tables, and an overall sense of neglect made eating there a stomach-turning experience. The cherry on this disaster cake? The unapologetic, unhelpful attitude of the staff. Hospitality was clearly not on their priority list. In short, my stay here was an unpleasant cocktail of poor service, unsafe conditions, and outright negligence. This hotel might as well post a sign saying, "Guests Beware!" Save your time, money, and sanity—book elsewhere.
