Zara Villa — Hotel in Maharashtra

Hello, friends we book this villa for 3D-2N. Property was nice but not maintained from inside, so much leakage issue in bedroom n kitchen,due to leakage floor was wet all the time, because of that we have to do cleaning all the time but after that also our kids slipped so much time n they hurt we complain many time to care taker he said the things are not in our hand you contact directly to owner, we called owner he arrange someone to see n resolve the issue, one carpainter n electrician came see done with small work n they went but not done with our issue after that we call many time to owner but he didn't reply the call n what's app. Blanket were stinking very badly. Kabhi flush nahi chalta, toh kabhi geyser, drinking water ka bhi koi thikana nahi, aqua gard tha but not working properly, rooms me stopper nahi, ac bhi working nahi, utensils dhone ko, for jadu & poocha karne k liye Mr. INDRASEN ko 10 baar call karna padta tab woh jake woh respond karta. Very very bad experience n the owner was not gentleman. All the things happen because we paid full amount so they no need to fulfill our complaints. Full paisa waste n...

Sorry to say but I never recommend this property to anyone as all which information given was wrong….. there were so many issues in it….. in fact we never felt like we r on holidays…. It was such headache… there was neitger locking systems in rooms nor in washrooms.. lots of leakages in whole property .. our luggages are wet thru whole time… feels like waterfalls…. And blankets were badly stinking ….. and big cockroaches were there in whole property….. there was no hygiene maintained…. And vessels are in so bad condition one can not use it…… kids fall sick after coming...

A great place and I truly appreciate yaddu for all the needful arrangments in making a memorable one , from the start of my query check about the place the food arrangements was too good homely food with great quantity . Villa was super cool loved the place , neat pool, all equipment are available , great care takers at place Jithu guiding us about the kitchen , motor , do's and don'ts at villa and he was quick in keeping the place clean 👍 great my family had a great time , thanks Yaddu the star 🌟 for all ur...
