Della Villa Bistro — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Ambience : This restaurant has gorgeous ambience! Indoor, patio and outdoor seating with Italian vibes and luxurious decor complete with sweet Italian music playing in the backdrop..The table setting also gave Italian brunch vibes (see pics) They also had live band playing beautiful songs & live saxophonist playing during brunch (See video)

Food: We tried the deep dish pizza, they customized it as per our requirements & it was delicious! We love Italian food and have sampled it all over the world including Italy and we were blown away with this pizza. It was perfectly baked, full of flavor & loads of cheese n veggies. It was crusty but fork/knife glided easily and melted in the mouth (NOT a paid review) It looked small but was heavy & filling. They have Woodfired pizzas.

Drinks: The outdoor bar has high chairs & lovely decor. The bartender fixed us a drink we requested. We tried Aperol spritz but they did not have prosecco to add to it as they only sell it by the bottle, also limoncello was out of stock. Being Italian bistro really wanted to try Italian liquor. (1 star less for that) only 2 beer brands were available. Wide range of whiskeys & wines available.

Service: The service is good but not coordinated. Overall staff is helpful & sweet.

Mostly allows only hotel guests so check before visiting.

I’m deeply disappointed by my recent dining experience at Della Adventure Park, particularly due to the conduct and service by Chef Rohan Tapase.

To begin with, I was served raw/uncooked salmon without being informed beforehand that it was intended to be so. As a guest, I expect to be clearly informed if a dish is served raw, especially given that it’s not the norm for most diners. This lack of communication was both misleading and unacceptable.

What made the situation worse was Chef Rohan’s unprofessional and aggressive behavior when I raised my concern. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, he reacted with hostility, making dismissive remarks like “Bataya nahin tha kya?” and then walking off abruptly without resolving anything or even offering an apology.

Such behavior is shocking, especially from a professional in a reputed establishment. A chef must be approachable and understanding when a guest raises a valid concern—especially one related to food safety.

I hope the management at Della takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training in customer service and communication...

My stay at Della Adventure & Resorts was elegantly finesse . Gorgeous room with fabulous view and the best were the staff, Gracious, professional and knowledgeable. Our room was beyond expectations, it was ample sized, the bed was super comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom had nice fixtures, plush shower space, and sterling amenities. The scenery at resort was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view from sunset point at Camp Della was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at its best. It is very thoughtful of the Resort to have made available buggies and cars to transport your luggage as well as people who couldn’t make the long walks.Very Important About Food And Hospitality At VILLA BISTRO Pizza was so good & Services was very Perfect the Hospitality from Kiran and His Team so Nice he is so good in Menu Suggestion.
