Malabar Heritage Resorts and Spa — Hotel in Manjeri

If there was an option to give zero stars then that would be the mark but since that aint possible in reviews I’m forced to give even 1 star to this irresponsible set of people. Had a horrbile experience with this place. I booked sadya for onam from Here and they didnt even have the decency to deliver on time. I started calling them at 12:00 pm and they didnt even pack our stuff for delivery at the time, after calling them relentlessly they still didnt give a proper reply and finally sent the package off in some auto and the auto driver even demanded we pay the charge when all payments regarding the delivery of the sadya was done earlier itself. We finally received the delivery by a totally clueless autodriver who seemed like he was also decieved at 2:00 pm. Two hours of calling led to a delivery. If we didnt bother to call they prolly wouldnt even have delivered. The total cost of the sadya plus delivery is 3000 rs. Which is not worth it at all for this kind of service. Zero service mentality and the staff are also very irresponsible. Will not recommend this...

This place is amazing.. Everything about the place right from the Entrance of the hotel to the rooms.. The vibes you get once you get inside the room are so positive and nice.. Now I would love to mention this place where I was having my food...

Keep reading... Restaurant of the same hotel "Manna" You won't belive, surprising it is my last name.. Food is amazing, the ambience, people.. All staff of the restaurant are so welcoming specially Mr. Anil Mk ( F& B Manager) , Mr. Jishnu.k, Mr. Goutam, Mr. John, Mr. Jishnu Das ; extremely good and best at their Hospitality and Team Work.. I believe something magical happened so that I came in here to witness this.. As soon as I started having my meal ,guess what ..its one of my of the favorite song that was getting played.. Nobody knows that except me and that is what made me feel more comfortable and special.. Cheers to all the effort and hard work you all are putting into it and most importantly doin everything by all your heart... Thankyou so much for an overwhelming experience.. A day not to forget..

Food is tasty... Service is good. Staying is just okay...Not at all worth the price... Management is pathetic... They hv a nice pool which remains dirty all the time... Most rooms don't hv good ventilation/windows. No shower, no buckets, no small bench to sit while taking bath in the bathroom. They don't even provide a glass/container to keep your toothbrush etc in the bathroom.

They even served coffee in a used tea-pot without washing which had tea residue left in it. Photos r there as proof.

Room floor is carpeted which is hardly ever cleaned... I found 100s of long hairs stuck with it while doing Yoga on my Yoga mat. Photos r there as proof.

They hv a beautiful pool which is maintained very dirty. Photos r there as proof.

Only few rooms hv windows...and when you open them you have a view of 1000s of empty beer 🍺 /mineral water bottles and dirty pool. Photos r...
