Olene Canto Bakes (IGBT - Manjeri) — Restaurant in Manjeri

We went here yesterday. When I saw the shop from the outside, I thought it was a very spacious shop. I went there thinking that I can relax and eat anything. When I went inside, I realized that the shop is not as spacious as it looks from the outside. And not only that, the dining area is very small. And if you sit there, you will feel like you are eating in a narrow place. So Faluda was ordered. I didn't like the taste of it. Most of it was jelly and jam. It's okay if you go in there alone to eat something. I don't recommend going there with family, you don't get any privacy. Because the purchasing area and the dining area are not separated...

My experience with olene canto was like a 0 star rating. Very poor customer service. Experienced arrogant behaviour from the staffs. I won't recommend this place if you are visiting Manjeri.

I reported about the quality of one of the item to the staff which I already bought a day before and then the response which I got was "venenkil vaagiyal mathy". Why we need to choose such a place where they are not bothered about a quality issue reported...

I had bad experience from this restaurant I have been there two time 1st time when I went there we oder paratha and butter chicken, the chicken was under cooked but the gravy it was good ,tea was excellent. Today I visited the same restaurant I ordered the same dishes its disappointed me again I got one hair from paratha and the butter chicken it was too sweet. I hope that they will take this rating in a positive manner to rectify...
