I recently had the pleasure of visiting a bakery that truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, particularly with its Chicken Shawai and Shawarma Roll. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the ample parking space available, making it a convenient spot to visit, even during peak hours.

The service at the bakery was commendable—quick, efficient, and friendly. The staff made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which added to the overall positive experience.

Now, onto the food: both the Chicken Shawai and Shawarma Roll were absolutely delicious. The Shawai, in particular, stood out as one of the best I've had in a long time. The masala used was perfectly balanced, enhancing the natural flavors of the chicken without overpowering it. It was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Each bite was packed with flavor, making it a truly satisfying dish.

The Shawarma Roll was equally impressive. The bread was soft yet held together well, and the filling was generous. The chicken was well-cooked, and the spices were just right, creating a perfect harmony of flavors. It was a delightful combination of textures and tastes that made it hard to put down.

One of the best Shawaya spots in Kerala. I've heard alot about this place from food vloggers and few friends of mine. And visited few times just to eat their Shawaya. The speciality of their Shawaya is that masala that they use to prepare this dish. I think now there are many options like Calicut Cafteria, Juice Treat Edappal and many other cafes which serves the same. But I think this where heard about that dish for the first time and that's why it's so special, just like Bilal & Mary John Kurishingal bonding. I had their Shawaya, rice options and kubus few times and they never disappointed me. Since it's just opposite to the new bus stand of Manjeri, the accessibility it very much easy. I feel sorry to say. I had good experiences from their other branches in Manjeri. But here are all my expectations going wrong. Their service is what to say. Not satisfied at all. Went to the second floor for dining in. There was another guy also there who came before me. The staff there did not see us, maybe it's usual, but when we called them they came and asked what we needed. He did not have a pleasant face. And I ask for extra menus and he seems not comfortable interacting with me. Whatever it's about service.

Their special Masala Shawaya is also not as before. I totally felt different. Personally I didn't enjoy it. Not blaming after eating. But things are like this.
