Had my Daughter Haldi Event at pool side,on 2/5/2020, |Food-|Starter and drink was supposed to start at 4pm, did not Start till 4:40pm ,Dinner was at adjoining area, there was no decoration, no prpoer lighting for serving table or dinner table, after requesting multiple time, very few lights were provdied, guest had no idea what food they were eating they can barely see it.Food was OKay not what we expected.|Very disappointed with facility managment.|Decoration-Was from coconut media By Manish. We had Haldi Theme ,what was discussed a month in advance, had everything in writting ,half fo the things were not provided.|we Had Rajathani Theme Haldi Party, Decoraton did not have Rajasthani touch, As per Manish at the day of the event Managemnt did not let him do "takat seating" or "Lounge for Family" seating, he send enitre seating arrangment back without discussing anything with us.|He could have discussed with us or we could have talked to mamagment or find any other alternative.this was our daughter first event before wedding and it did not go as plan.Left us very disappointed.|we did sopke to decorator(Manish) and management(Deepak & Vandana) at the day of the event, only aplology did not make...

Spread over several acres, the location of the hotel is awesome (even though it is just 500metres away from the eternally busy and congested Ghodbunder road). The room that we checked into offered good view of surrounding mountains which are a part of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The service part (both room service as well as while serving the food) needs to be fast because inspite of having reminded the housekeeping staff to remove the soiled plated placed by some guests on the staircase to be removed, it was not done for the entire day. I would like to give benefit of doubt to the staff because maybe they were over rushed in the process of attending the marriage party. Normally all hotels provide complimentary milk/food to infants but in this case we were asked to pay ₹100/- for a glass of milk required by the toddler! The best part on the of pure vegetarians is that this is a pure vegetarian hotel and the quality of food is also good. The boating facility at the natural lake is not operational. The hotel can definitely be explored by the people interested to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city life...
