We had booked 3 rooms for 2 days (28/1 -30/1). We wanted to check in early, and the receptionist at this hotel did not give us a proper quote for early check in. He let us occupy the rooms we booked before the check in time but a day later charged us unreasonably high for the early check in.

One of the workers there was more like a goon and was extremely rude and demanded the id proof of someone who was just visiting us and not even staying at the hotel. He was unreasonably getting angry at us.

The rooms were very shabby, the bedsheets had not been washed, some of the pillow covers were extremely dirty and some pillows didn't even have covers. We asked them for new covers and new sheets and they did not give us that.

The bathrooms were disgusting and absolutely pathetic. There was dried pee all over the toilet rings. We had girls in our group and this was a very unpleasant experience for all of us.

Moreover when we asked for toothpaste they asked us to pay 50Rs to get 3 pastes that were worth only 30Rs. I believe such things are standard to be complementary for any basic hotel.

There was no drinking water available and we had asked them for 6 bottles over the course of 2 days for the 3 rooms we booked. I believe giving at least a single complementary bottle of water for a room per day is standard for any hotel.

After checking out, and as we reached our homes in a different state, they kept disturbing us, by calling us from different phone numbers and texting us on whatsapp from different numbers rudely demanding for 30Rs per bottle we had used, which was a total of 180Rs.

Overall this was an extremely unpleasant experience for all of us and we humbly request you to not associate with this hotel or take strict action that would lead to the workers of this hotel not exploiting...

When we first checked in, they escorted us to the room. Then we could see the walls and the floors were wet. When we told the service guy regarding the wet floor and wet walls he replied that is not my lookout, Then I told him the door doesn’t have handle he said you can pull from the lock. There were no towels in the bathroom, when we asked for it the guy said they haven’t got the laundry back because of the rain. The bathroom and the bedsheet were dirty too. Then later we went to reception they offered a room change, we agreed. We thought of cancelling the booking but we did not get any other hotels so had to stay. I will not say they did not try, they did but we were not satisfied. Later when we order dinner. I thought we could pay while check out but we had to pay everytime we ordered something even water. There were flies all over the room. There were paper bags and waste under the bed. It was 8.15 in the morning the bell was continuously ringing, it take’s time for a person to get up from the bed and open the door, when I opened it was the service guy who brought breakfast for us before ordering. Even If our breakfast was included we get a choice of ordering but NO they directly brought us Idli and Sambhar. After that we couldn’t sleep. We have a flight in the afternoon but we had to wake up early in the morning. But I guess while travelling to Mumbai, I will definitely not going to...

This is the WORST excuse of a hotel I’ve ever stepped into. Cockroaches crawling everywhere in the room—absolutely disgusting. I had booked for just 3 hours, checked in an hour late, and they still refused to give me an extension—fine, I let that go. But even after I PAID extra to extend my stay, these people had the audacity to bang on my door 3 times like debt collectors, yelling in a rude tone to “open the door right now” and go to reception, even before my time was up, because apparently “others need the room.”

Excuse me? I was paying for every single minute. If I’m renting the room, it’s MY private space for that time—not theirs to harass me. What kind of scam is this? You pay, and instead of basic respect, you get cockroaches, harassment, and zero privacy.

This so-called “hotel” doesn’t deserve even a speck of a star. If there was an option to give negative stars, I’d happily do it. 1 star only because zero isn’t possible. Stay away unless you enjoy being scammed and treated...
