I, Scanjay Tripathi visited Mumbai and stayed from 6/5/17 to 10/5/17 while booking with Oyo rooms.||It is suggested to avoid staying at this hotel due to following reasons;-||1. Mismanaged hotel with non supportive bad behaviour staff, indifferent to the customers.||2. Complimentary breakfast is as if provided as obligation that too all tasteless and you will be surprised to eat Dal with Puri in place of Puri Bhaji. In case you do not ask for tea they will even not provide you tea also. Complementary breakfast is provided after 0830 hrs and in case you want even tea there is no provision.||3. Soap and other toiletries are not provided until you ask.||4. To get anything you have to ask again and again. There is no one responsible to get it done in time.||5. For new travellers there is no information support from staff there.||6. Even there is no telephone in room no 104.||7. All rooms are very small and congested. You feel like suffocation inside.||||So please avoid staying at this...

Complimentary breakfast is all cold and if you do not ask for tea they will not serve you. If you order Puri bhaji they will serve you Dal + Puri and try to prove that you are wrong. Behavior of staff and reception guy is bad. In case you want any information regarding travel either they do not know or avoid any help. All rooms do not have telephone. You place any order and it takes more than 30 minutes to get served. Even soap is not provided if it is finished. In nut shell for everything you have to ask them many times before getting it done. Location is also cornered one. You have to travel a lot for sightseeing and spend lot on transportation. Rooms are very small 100 Sq Ft congested and suffocating.

Read moreIm having a bad time at this hotel, first of all they put me in a room that has almost non existent wifi, and then when I asked them to put me into another room they came in my room with their phones and showed me that the wifi worked if I went out into the hallway. I told them that I wanted to be in my room and asked if they could put me in a different room, they seemed to leave to go check to see if that was possible, and an hour and a half later they did not return. Basically, they acted like my issue was irrelevant, did not address my needs, did not return to answer my request, and when I did finally ask them what happened they said they had no available rooms when it was clear when I looked at their register that they had plenty of rooms available.
