My wife and I spent the last four nights of our one-week stay in Mumbai at this hotel from 10.12.17, that we had booked originally for one week. The hotel had a large extended booking to accommodate wedding and their guests. ||||However, when we arrived, the hotel apologised for the inconvenience and arranged transfer to another hotel and return. Mr Ashfaq handled the transfer and ensured our return to the hotel was smooth and during our stay. Our sincere thanks to him.||The room we were allocated was on sixth floor, free from external noise, well furnished, A/C and ceiling fan, well equipped bathroom with 24hr supply of hot water. The room was spacious and very comfortable.||The housekeeping was very good, room cleaned daily, filtered water replaced, bathroom towels changed.||Excellent breakfast buffet style consisted of cereal, boiled eggs, omelette, and South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Vada, tea, coffee and fruits. ||The hotel provides free internet/wifi and daily password is required, valid for 24 hrs. ||The hotel is off the busy noisy main road and once you are in the courtyard of the hotel, the noise diminishes. The hotel has staffed 24-hour security. ||Bombay Central station is walking distance, as is shopping mall, all other amenities including veg/non-veg eateries.||The reception staff were very courteous and helpful as were the other service staff.||We liked the hotel, location, value for money, service and a comfortable stay. ||The hotel is extremely busy mainly used by nationals, business peoples and foreign guests.||We would certainly stay at this hotel on our future visit and would...
Read moreI booked this hotel recently during my visit to Mumbai. I was in need of a budget hotel in the heart of the city in pocket friendly price and this one seems like a good option to me. I had booked this hotel online.||It took one hour and thirty minutes by cab to reach this hotel from T2 international airport. The hotel is located very near to Mumbai Central station inside a housing society campus . It was not difficult to locate it. The location outside the campus is very crowded and full of hustle bustle. The reception was average and we were handed over the keys. I requested a room on higher floor and was given a room on 7th floor. I opted for room on higher floor because of heavy street noise.||The room size was average but comfortable for two persons. The room looked recently renovated. The interior was very average but the room.was neat and clean. The room was equipped with led tv, split air-conditioning and mini fridge. Tea maker was not provided. The linen was clean. The bathroom was small but clean. ||The sleep quality was good. The street noise was bothering even on 7th floor. ||The room service prices felt very high considering the standard of the hotel.|| The complimentary morning breakfast was very basic one with milk, tea, coffee, cornflakes , bread, banana and eggs. The taste was good.||I checkout in the morning after breakfast. The checkout was quick. ||This hotel is a budget hotel with basic amenities located at Mumbai Central. If you want a basic accommodation near Mumbai Central this may be...
