I booked two rooms for my family traveling from England to Mumbai for my dad's treatment. Booked rooms via Agoda, got the confirmation and payment was taken off. Upon arriving to Mumbai after 19 hours of flight reached to the hotel and our worse fears came to life. The manager said there are no rooms available here. I showed them my booking confirmation and payment in advance. Guess what he laughed at us and said we have moved you all to a different hotel. Ask where.. Somewhere in Mumbai we have no idea. Imagine now stuck with family with two children under 6 months in foreign country no where to go no help from anyone... We where asked to stay outside either move to this other hotel they decided for us or go somewhere else. I tried to call police but in foreign country did not know what to do. Finally manage to move to a different hotel via booking. Com and contacted agoda. No refund so far and then finally I checked for OYO HOTELS reviews. The scamming by all OYO HOTELS have been committed for number of years abs several victims especially foreign nationals. Please read reviews before booking these...

|The hotel is located on the busy road of Nagpada, always amidst intense traffic. On the plus side, the rooms are well furnished, the bathrooms well fitted and beautifully lit. Hotel provides delectable breakfast and all essentials are branded and of good quality. The staff is very co-operative and prompt. The cons however can not be ignored. The rooms are too tiny to accomodate even two people properly and after keeping the luggage there is no room to even move properly. Furthermore, there is a discrepancy on the type of room booked by booking.com to which the hotel owners do not have any answer. While the website of booking.com shows a room as 'deluxe room', the hotel management claimed it wasn't so. Hence even after paying for the deluxe room, we were made to accomodate in a really tiny room unfit for 3 people and a toddler. The space constraint and the sky high prices for the room is understandable because of the hotel location being in Mumbai, and proximity to important landmarks such as Marine drive as well as...

We were a group of 20 ppl, went for a bday dinner, and our experience was not good.

Regarding Service - Service not good at all & was very very very slow, You need to call waiter for tons of time and still he would not listen. We ordered for Fresh Lime Soda at the start of dinner and was served post wiping off the table (i.e. post end of dinner).

Regarding Food - we had called for Veg and Non Veg both, the Chicken gravy and Veg Jaupuri was Sweet Like jaggery (when we had asked for medium spicy), Biryani veg & non veg both were ok..

Management - As mentioned above, it was a bday dinner, we couldn't even cut cake peacefully, the hotel management was interested in making us go away as there purpose was over (THE PAYMENT OF BILL) and we were made to leave the food and go, as their other Customer's were waiting (Greedy ppl).

Would not recommend to visit this place "Hotel Sagar - Mumbai...
