Hotel Planet Plaza — Hotel in Mumbai

To start off, those pictures are seriously deceptive. The entrance does not look like that at all, the lobby is so small, that three people are a crowd already. ||My boyfriend booked this hotel based on these pictures and boy, we were in for a ride! Location is horrible. Small and smelly room, smaller bathroom, no hot water. Questionable cleanliness of the bed sheet, and to top it off, I found a centipede(!) and a worm on the floor of my room.||||We were in a hustle and didn't have enough time to arrange for another hotel, so we decided to suck it up and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Recently had planned trip for mumbai with my friends, we checked pictures online and booked a room for 1,370(non ac) which was non refundable, later from airport we went to room, the moment he showed room we were disappointed it was very dirty, later we requested him for refund he said no can't, then we dedided move to ac room which he charged 300 extra again, we shifted we were 3 people morning while checking out he asked extra 400 for 1 person extra we even paid it. Now thing is not about money but room, this was worst room i had ever seen stinky beds with bed bugs no cleanliness, no maintainence very very worst room, in same money u will get lot of rooms near by, and this room is not for family, please check rooms before booking dont get trapped with this google fake images posted by...

The only advantage of Hotel Planet Plaza is its proximity to the Mumbai International Airport, which gets it some customers. The place itself is not worthy of being called a hotel; it's more a lodge. The reception is just a desk at the entrance and nothing more.||||It's a single storey building, with around 8-10 rooms. The rooms were small and barely enough space to fit in two beds. The lighting was dim, so even at 9 in the morning, the room would be pitch dark, without switching on the tube light.
