Rajdoot Hotel — Hotel in Mumbai

Overall my view is This is a good hotel for overnight stay.Daytime Roam around the city complete your dinner and reach the hotel for rest. I will suggest to book this hotel for family stay if you want to spend most of the time outside. I had booked this hotel through OYO Issues I had faced with OYO: I couldn't contact the hotel as phone number provided by oyo is not answered, I wanted to inform hotel that I'm reaching late. When contacted OYO call centre, they have forced me to book the same hotel for higher price(5500) giving an excuse of my earlier booking payment(3900) is not successful where it is not so. I said let me go to the hotel and check the same and advised not to cancel from oyo end. Hotel pros: Very convenient to the most of the places near colaba & gate way of India Polite reception, polite staff Car parking provided for me Wash room provided for the car driver for overnight stay All equipments like geyser, ac, fan etc working well hence no issues during my stay Extra bed provided for the 3rd person promptly

Cons: Stayed in the first floor, due to its too close proximity(very adjacent) to local train stn heavy disturbance while sleeping. In fact one can hear the train announcement very clearly from the room (platform no also) No restaurent in the hotel Couldn't select room of my choise, we are three and option not available to choose a good room Intercom not working but managed with the...

Very bad behaviour from the staff they charged extra 1000 rupees despite of paying 1800, neither the hotel staff is willing to solve this issue nor the Oyo. Both of them know this happened with hundred of guests then also continuing this kind of malpractice, the hotel says they have a fixed tariff for 3 people that is around 2700-2800 and if you book at 1800. You have to pay extra or else they will say to leave and Oyo will tell u that they will give u refund or they will recommend a hotel which is probably 1-2 hours far away despite of having so many oyo hotels nearby. Hotel staff said we have contacted to oyo but if it happening 100s of time then why not delist your hotel but no they won't do that, what will you do if you come to a new place new hotel at the middle of the night there is no place to go you just have to pay extra...

Worst hotel please don't visit this hotel bcz I have book this hotel by oyo application when I went der reception they are telling me to cancel that booking and take booking from here directly in oyo application I have booked in 1200 But that receptionist are telling we can't give in 1200 u want to pay 2200 when iam going from Der they are forcing me u can't go back i mean they are telling u want to pay and take room here only u can't go any other hotel they are shouting on me they are forcing me I run away from Der that receptionist are old age but they are doing froud things and taking extra money don't book this hotel from oyo application also iam sharing my experience with you...
