GW KHAMKAR SPICES (KHAMKAR MASALA) — Local services in Mumbai

My experience is very bad about ordering the Masala with G.W. Khamkar. I have ordered after checking the google reviews which I thought good to order or may try to order for 1st time. I m doing this all at home but due to the pandemic it is not able to possible all. Then I thought why not tried ?

I have given all my details ( ingredients as per my measures) to Miss Nikita and Mr. Khamkar also . And afterwards also it is not good . How to say better ? I have paid all the amount . 5.45 kgs masala quantity was made by them.

But the masala I received was not as per my expectations. Exception of more red chilly there was nothing ( other ingredients ) added. I was very disappointed. I have talked to Ms. Nikita who had take confirmation and Mr. Sanjay Khamkar ( one of the owner ) . But after one or two called they have also not responded. She gives me assurance before ordering and afterwards not receiving calls . How funny it was to deal with valued customers.

If this is the behavior or attitude with handling of customer then its so bad. Then they sent me extra GARAM MASALA packet ( as per their statement ) But how it will be beneficial that not added in all masala and giving afterwards.

None other words to say and not very happy about writing about all. How people are happy with this spices . I know that I m not the only one in between...

GW Khamkar Masala shop number 3 is total fraud. They shared some rate card with me where the rates were elevated and since I had purchased the products from them in past, I blindly ordered the products. When the products arrived at home, the rates mentioned on all the products were atleast 20-25 rs less as compared to the rate card. When i called the store, they gave a rude reply saying we will send a person to pick the products back and give the money back. G W khamkar is looting the customers . So people think twice before you order from G W Khamkar...
