I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Palms hotel in Mumbai, and it was truly a regal experience from start to finish. The hotel's location in Mumbai is excellent, offering a serene escape from the bustling city while still being conveniently accessible.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the grandeur of the lobby and the warm welcome from the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff members were attentive and accommodating throughout my stay.
The rooms at Royal Palms are nothing short of luxurious. Elegantly appointed and well-designed, they provide a comfortable oasis with modern amenities. The attention to detail in the room's decor and the quality of the furnishings added a touch of sophistication to my stay.
The hotel boasts a range of amenities that cater to both business and leisure travelers. The dining options were diverse and offered a delectable culinary experience. I particularly enjoyed [mention any specific restaurant or dish].
The leisure facilities, including the pool and spa, provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Mumbai. The well-maintained fitness center also offered a great opportunity to stay active.
What truly sets Royal Palms apart is its impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. From the concierge's local recommendations to the housekeeping's attention to detail, every aspect of the service was top-notch.
In conclusion, my stay at Royal Palms was a delightful blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and regal experience in Mumbai. I look forward to returning to Royal Palms on my next visit...
Read moreBad service, bad odour in the room ,corridor washroom and other parts of the hotel. 1st i got room number 305 which I refused to check in due to bad odour felt very weird and un breathable smell then after complaining i got room number 310 with was ok but had smoking smell of cigarettes had to spray room freshner. Room was in bad condition Food was costly and was worst i had ordered chicken tikka, tandoori roti and roasted papad. Chicken was not cooked properly, roti was burned at many places, papad was not roasted properly was raw from some side. Whole hotel was unmaintained. Construction or u can say repairing work was going on outside hotel open space. And the worst was at the time of checkout a lady forcefully made us give 5 star in oyo app even after complaining and told to write about bad odour in comment box which was so inappropriate. You can say or force customers to right good review in the app instead to attract customers. Instead just try to improve ur service and...

The last day it was very poor. The view from the huge windows is glorious, specially in hot season with the red 'lady of the forest' in full bloom. Curtains were once majestic but still keep...
