Visited the place at around 9 pm on Tuesday 11th March 2025. Must say was very disappointed with the food especially the chicken tikka biryani. Not at all what was expected from a popular brand in Nagpur. The rice was absolutely undercooked & so was the chicken. A simple sorry from the staff would have sufficed though, but they kept justifying the quality & honestly the excuses were lame. Indians are all very aware of how biryani is served & so it's not easy to deceive us. Requesting the management to take care of the food & it's quality & be sincere in terms of what's been served. I visited this hotel 5 year ago with my engineering friends. Today I visited again with my officemate. Taste was very good. We enjoyed so much. My officemate was so happy and thanks to me for this kind of dinner. Really guys go and eat. I recommend to eat hyderbadi biryani. Its was so tasty. But Don't go for kolhapuri biryani. I feel it...
