Bouffage Cafe And Bistro — Restaurant in Nagpur

Had the worst experience here.

Bouffage was recommended by a friend and so we went to check the place out.

Cleanliness 2/5 - The moment we entered, the guy was clearing and cleaning a table. He just dropped all the left over food from the table and cleared the plates. So the table is now clean but the floor isn’t. Weird. Couches were dirty, you can see black mould on the sofas. These need to be steam cleaned. The bathroom was the most unhygienic ever.

Food 2/5 - We ordered for a Ferrero Thick shake which was average. You could taste the milk and it wasn’t the best quality so we left it. We ordered Cheesy Garlic Bread which was full of mayo topped with some cheese and put in the oven. The street side garlic breads would taste the same, I’m sure. We ordered a pink sauce pasta - Pasta sauce was made fresh but the meat was boiled way before and was tossed in. The flavours made it feel like a masala pasta. It is Pasta but roadside Indian. Burger - We dint even taste and left.

Service 1/5 - If service means putting food on the right table, even that they couldn’t do. We guys were asked to sit next to the glass partition where the AC was on full blast and we changed to a different table. A while later, a bigger group came in so we were again requested to move which we complied and did. The new seats again had the same issue with the AC. The blower was on our faces when we asked them 5 times to either change the wing setting, reduce the fan speed, increase the temp or just shut it. I personally loved this place and reaZinea is like a new kind of Adda for college students nearby , to sit and relax , listen to some nice music and enjoy your snacks and drinks . I have come here a multiple to of time and will keep coming to this place for certainly one special drink . This drink is "butter beer" . I am a big Harry Potter lover , so I am much more like enjoying my magical time here . You get the best butter beer here . ( Must must must try) . Talking about food , they have quiet a good variety and options to snack on . I like their lasagne , burger and pasta . This place have a very creative Ambience you will really enjoy .lly wanted to go from some time now . My rating for the resto is based on two aspects - The food and other one being the overall experience ( ambience, staff, etc).

The food - We ordered 'Roasted hazlenut cappuccino', 'Blueberry cheesecake' and 'J Co. Frappe'. I would say, overall the taste was fine. The presentation was great and even the quantity was decent.

Now coming onto the overall experience. The ambience was really nice and comfortable. However the staff behavior was just not up to the mark. First of, we got 'Hazlenut hot chocolate' served despite ordering cappuccino. And I had to request the waiter over and again, even I had to show him the listing on the menu and finally he obliged and bought me my cappuccino. After that when we got our bill, I noticed we got charged extra than what was listed in the menu. Even we got billed for the wrong items initially. And when we tried to object against all this, the staff manager justified it by bringing another menu card in which there was a correction done by pen. He kept arguing for almost 10-15 mins. He even said, "Sir, apko paise ka kucch issue hai kya? Kamm vagre padd rahe?" The staff behavior let me down instantly at that moment. Also our waiter gave us a cold stare while we were leaving.

I would have happily rated Bouffage 4-5 stars, but the staff behavior brought it down to 2 stars. I would like to request the management team of the resto to please look into this and avoid such errors. It ruins the...
