Restr Inn — Hotel in Nagpur

My recent experience at this hotel left me extremely disappointed. We arrived late in the evening to find that our room was far from the standards we expected. Here's a breakdown of our unfortunate stay:

🔴 Check-in chaos: Despite checking in late, our room was not prepared for our arrival, setting the tone for the entire stay. 🔴 Uncleaned room: We were greeted by used towels left in the bathroom, a clear sign that the room had not been adequately cleaned before our arrival. 🔴 Hygiene issues: To our horror, we discovered strands of hair and even curled hair inside the telephone, which raised serious concerns about the room's cleanliness. 🔴 Unapologetic staff: Upon complaining about these issues, the staff's response was shockingly unapologetic. Not a single word of apology was offered, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued as guests. 🔴 Lack of amenities: The room lacked basic amenities. There were no toiletries, no kettle, and we had to make do without these essentials. 🔴 Dirty comforter: The comforter had slimy marks, further adding to our discomfort and disgust. 🔴 Missing dust bin: Surprisingly, there was no dust bin in the room, making it inconvenient for us to dispose of our waste properly. 🔴 Bathroom woes: The bathroom drain was clogged, making our daily routines more challenging and less pleasant.

On a positive note, the hotel did provide us with parking upon our request, but this was the only aspect of our stay that could be considered...

I stayed for 2 days in nagpur when I was visiting a friend. The place is well maintained. The rooms are hygienic but only upto the standard of a 2-3 star hotel. I found a girl's hair on the floor when I checked in, which isn't a big deal but yea proper cleanliness could have avoided that. ||The room service is good the reception is ready to address all concerns. The bathroom was better than expected from a budget room. There was no disturbance and hassles in checkin check out or during the stay.||The reason for taking out two stars is that the location was not convenient. The stay is in a little remote place away from all main highways and if you are not travelling in a cab you might not find any auto or anything and will have to walk miles to get there. The other reason is that there was no catering service in hotel which they should have considering its not a well located area where all nearby restaurants...
