SPOT ON 39820 Shree Vaibhav — Hotel in Nagpur

Worst stay ever. The hotel said it allows unmarried couples but when we went for checking in, it said no. We were a group of friends so we said guys will stay in one room and I (the only girl) will stay in one. So he accepted that after a lot of discussion. We got late for the wedding for which we visited nagpur. Then in night when I was going to my room few other guests in adjacent room started passing bad comments. So I called my friend and told him about these guest. When I was telling him all this we were in my room and the reception guy (not the one was there during check-in) called and told me that I am in gents section. I was not supposed to be there. And asked me to leave the room immediately (please note that was 10pm in night) my Friend suggested that they both will stay in that single occupancy room which was allowed to me so that I can stay safely in the other room which was not in gents section and was actually the double occupancy room. And finally at the time of checking out again the reception guy who was there during check-in requested us to give 5 star rating. So I told him the entire thing, he was like you are anyway checking out. And we finally left. Please don't go to this Oyo , very dirty also and the management is so...

I had booked deluxe ac room for three persons w.e.f 8th july to11th july but when I reached they asked me to choose between 3 rooms. when I selected one i.e. room no.105, my luggage was shifted to it. then the manager revealed that i had to pay rs550 extra for the third person. the lift was not working.the room was damp, not properly lit. i had to request for repair of the wash basin which was choked.it was done in a temporary basis after an hour. the TV was small and outdated difficult to operate. the attendant brought a meal worth rs160/- which was rotten and smelling foul.on 10th afternoon I changed to another room i.e. 106 in which the bath room was not cleaned.it was cleaned on request after 2 hours as there was no cleaning staff.The TV did not have a trace of colour.I don't advise anyone to stay in this hotel. it is not worth...

the first experience was horrible...it does not had proper lighting outside thus we thought tht we cam up to the backside of the hotel ,,,,the reception was too conjusted,,the most important cleanliness was horrific we had to clean the furnitures nd tables with our own tissue paper,,there was a big balcony which had a layer of dust,,,and bottles ,broken glass,panes,no hot water ...etc etc....the next morning we had to shift in another hotel....i think it to be fortunate as the hotel is in a urge to be closed down.....behaviour of the staffs were also not good as they did not seemed to be much educated..in our hotel vouchar breakfast was free but when we arrived we saw that the retuarant was already closed down for some reason...rooms smelled badly ...room service...
