Lovely hotel with super excellent staff! The staff at the reception Mr. Parag was so professional and had great communication skills. ||Mr. Vijay assisted us with the lift and also suggested places to visit near by, his Cheerful attitude brought a smile on our faces. ||Mr. Amal and Ms. Divya were very proactive with assisting us with everything we needed at the buffet. ||The overall experience was just amazing. The hotel looks grand but basically not maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are big but just filled with unwanted bulky furniture. In twin bed room it’s difficult to walk if u have two big size suitcases, just a small table to put your suitcase you will keep hitting either table bed or chair The bathrooms are huge but poorly maintained you can see moulds in the shower walls it stinks sometimes The lights are soo poor that if u have come for a wedding you can’t get ready.
