Hotel Arif Castles Nainital — Hotel in Nainital

When you enter in premises of this hotel , it's very beautiful,but now start the bad part , in April usually the weather is good but due to rains the weather here is extraordinary cold,as you entered into the room ,the room was very cold you asked the management about this ,they say heaters will be turned on in night, you were like hainnnnn...... Why??? Only golmol answers, you turned on the TV no dish(recharge end), again hainnnnn.... After saying again and again recharge was done. As this is place surrounded by mountains the problem of mobile signals was there, you asked for wifi, the WiFi was there but without internet, again hainnnnn.... Now something about food, in breakfast there were merely 4-5 items to eat , good one were chole bhature, masala tea, juice, omelette Average one were sambhar idle, fruits Bad one were coffee In the name of non veg there is only boiled eggs and omelette, In lunch and dinner food were on Spicy side and with average rating Now something about game zone, only 3 games were there , chess, pool and TT, no games for young kids. About bathrooms, there were dispensers of soap and shampoo like cheap hotel The hotel seems understaffed and doing cost cutting, so plan you stay in this...

I am a traveller and I generally like to share my experience with the public so that one can make better choices.I roamed generally all the hill stations of Uttarakhand and Himachal but experience that i got here was worst ..first of all their staff behaviour was terrible as if they are our masters. Everything that is shown on their hotel advertisement was not followed even a bit like games, gym, DJ club , they all were not for any purpose but just to showcase them.When we demanded for anything, they denied for stupid excuses. Location was also not good as hotel is situated in groove street and for new car driver it is not suitable as location is very very steep height. Food was bad . Now if we talk about charges , it was touching sky.I want everyone to please share this experience as I don’t want anyone to be cheated just by seeing their photos on sites as tourists are coming from very far location and lots of money are being spent. In last 10 years I stay many hotels some of three star sum of 5 stars or some of two star also but this hotel is worst the claim their hotel is 4 star rating according to my experience in this hotel this hotel don't deserve any single star talk about room service they don't know how to talk with the client rooms are smelly and they are not changing bed sheets and clothes cover bathroom is also dirty if I talk about the food it is also tasteless over all experience is worst never ever book this hotel by personal or by corporate meetings, they don't provide necessary things like mineral waters room slippers iron and room TV also not recharge talk about the cleanness of hotel it's totally vanished staff also miss behave with...
