I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We visited around 8:30 PM, and surprisingly, there was no crowd. At first, I thought this might be a good thing, but it quickly became apparent why the place was so empty.

They rely on a digital menu system where you need to scan a QR code to access the menu on your mobile device. However, their server was not working, which made this system completely useless. I requested a physical menu, but no one responded. This left us sitting idle for 20 minutes before a server finally approached us.

The service was extremely poor. Basic requests like bringing a water glass or taking an order required me to call the waiter multiple times. Even when I did manage to get their attention, it felt like they were not interested in attending to us.

As for the food, it was mediocre at best—definitely not worth the hassle. The atmosphere was just okay, with minimal lighting that made the space feel dull and uninviting.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of service, poor management, and average food make it a place I wouldn't recommend.

Do not go to the place from their insta posts.. the So called T & C is a drag . Offers nothing good from what you'd expect . Your bill would anyways end up what it's elsewhere.

We were told that offers are vaild * if * per person food is 400+ , and we thought we would have a 2.5L tower for 699 lol.. Tho food is good but pricing is bomb comparetavely.

I also felt for their insta post offering beer at MRP, but again, it wasn't offered when I reached venue after one hour of posting about the same on their Instagram..

I would have loved to be a regular visitor with the given food rates too, had the marketing content and on venue offerings matched ( t&C is a lame catch to play with imo ) ..
