The Emerald Park — Hotel in Nashik

I had my wedding at hotel Emerald Park. Here's my experience - Rooms - The rooms are quite good and comfortable. All our guests were accomodated perfectly and had no complaints. Suites are also clean, comfortable and cozy with ample amount of sunlight coming in. Lawns and banquet - Beautiful lawns and good banquet options. My Mehendi, Haldi and wedding took place in the lawns, whereas Engagement and Sangeet at the banquet. I want to insist on booking your function at the lawns as they are truly so beautiful. Staff has maintained it really well and one truly feels so close to nature here. The shadow of the trees, the calmness, the chirping of birds and the greenery - I promise your guests will be mesmerized. Food - We had opted for both veg and non veg options and the chefs were true to their words. The food was truly amazing, especially the non veg options and our guests were completely satisfied and happy with the taste as well as the quality of the food. They offer quite a variety of cuisines and also accomodate your preferences and requests if you have any. Service - I would rate the service of the hotel an 11/10.. They're the perfect hosts, starting from the General manager Mr. Kapil Shewale, to the receptionist, to the HK staff, to the restaurant staff and to the ground level staff. Their passion reflected in their work. They accomodated all our requests so politely and graciously. None of our guests came up with any kind of complaint. Truly amazed by their work and dedication.

Overall me as a host as well as our guests, had a lovely time at Hotel Emerald Park. So grateful to the team for hosting my wedding and doing a great and wonderful...

Booked a family room in this hotel after reading good reviews but my experience is not that good. During check in time, one young boy who was present at reception and didn't have any clue regarding the online reservation wasted a lot of our time, it was night and we were tired but still had to bear the silliness of the front desk person. I booked from hotel's own website but the boy was asking lots of questions like from where did i book it, how many days prior, how much advance payment was done which are all clearly mentioned in the booking slip itself but he didn't have any clue. The condition of the family room which was provided was not that good either, basin at the bathroom had water blockage, water was not passing, basin was cracked at multiple places, the safety locker was dysfunctional, even after repeated request they didnot replace it so we were not able to use it , minifridge was not working,door bell was not working, window curtains not rolling properly, no mirror in the room, only one mirror inside bathroom that means in a room of 4 people if someone enters the bathroom then others will not be able to use the mirror for dressing at all, room service was almost absent, surprising to see even the luggage had to be carried out by requesting the security guard of the front door, no boy of the hotel do the job of carrying the luggage of the guest. Service was pathetic. Only good thing was the food which was palatable atleast. Overall not at all satisfied and i will not recommend it to...

I have reached hotel @ 0914 hrs to check in and informed the person named Chitra, to do the same. He told me that because it is an early check in, INR 1K extra would be charged. When I told him that I need just 30min to freshen up and then I'll leave for my business meeting, and anyhow I was not checking in so early to pay half of the amount of my total booking for just 30mins, he was not ready to listen at all. Finally I told him, please let me talk to your manager, which he denied arrogantly and didn't cooperate a bit. Moreover when I asked if rooms are available, he said if you are paying price for early check in, yes else you need to wait till 1pm.

I don't know which hotel denies to early check in when rooms are available and that too if required just for 30-45mins, secondly denying to let me talk to the manager straight away was another turn down. I've been visiting Nashik from last 6 years regularly but this is the first time I've experienced such a rude staff.

Will definitely not book here again and advice others to do the same. People should understand that Hospitality industry is based upon politeness not arrogance. Even if they want to charge, there is a way to ask for it. I hope they don't trouble other...
