I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how unsatisfactory my stay was. Here are the key points that highlight the utter lack of professionalism and basic amenities:
Unacceptable Check-In Delays: I arrived at the hotel at 01:30 pm, and despite the check-in time being clearly stated as after 02:00 pm, I was told to wait for 10 minutes while they prepared the room. Wanting to make the best of the situation, I decided to have a meal and return at 02:30 pm as suggested. To my dismay, upon my return, I was again asked to wait, exceeding the promised 10 minutes by a whopping 30 minutes. This blatant disregard for their own check-in policy is unacceptable and left me frustrated and exhausted.
Non-Functional A/C and TV: I specifically booked an A/C room to ensure a comfortable stay. However, upon entering the room, I discovered that neither the air conditioning nor the television was working. This is a basic expectation for any hotel, and the fact that both were dysfunctional is inexcusable.
Security Concerns – No Room Key: To add to the litany of issues, my room (Room No. 301) did not have a working key for the entire duration of my stay. I was shockingly asked to use the room without a key and assured that there were CCTV cameras in place. This is not only a breach of security but also a gross violation of my privacy. It is unacceptable for a hotel to expect guests to stay in a room without a functioning lock.
In summary, my experience at this hotel was marred by poor service, broken amenities, and a shocking lack of security. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay, as it falls egregiously short of even the most basic standards expected...

Recently, I was with my family and we decided to stay here for a night because another hotel in which we were staying previous night got sold out. Difference in tariff was just Rs.1000/night. We could clearly see the difference. Starting with Parking facility. Elite Inn is just before signal and has just 3 car parking slots, constrained by trees between each parking. After parking, no waiter came to pick up luggage , even at 6 PM during which generally waiter is available . Not a big issue but small things indicate the service culture. Litmus test for differentiating good vs ordinary hotel is the quality of towels and linen. If you have just 60 seconds, go and check the towel and linen. Difference would be stark. Elite Inn scores poor 1 star on this. If you are spending vacation with family, check the towel and linen. If they are not sparkling white and soft, decide it is not what you are looking for. Your family definitely deserves better. Elite charges Rs.2000+/ night and does not provide any proper toiletries. No soap, No dental kit, nothing. Just soap dispenser which does not work properly. Fortunately, we had carried soap with us. We did not try food in restaurant, so cannot comment on taste but the rates are exhorbitantly high. A simple palak paneer cost Rs.210/-. No vegetable dish is less than Rs. 200/-. All in all, Elite Inn is definitely not a value for money Hotel. One should never select this Hotel , if you want to give pleasant vacation experience to...

1.Check in time was 2pm, reached at 3:30,still the rooms was not ready. Had to wait for 10-15 mins. 2/5 Rooms are utterly small.1/5 Entire night i couldnt sleep because of the noise from here and there.1/5 4.let me sumup with the worst part. ROOM SERVICE. I had to checkout around 9 am, so i wokeup around 8 and I saw there was no body soap in the dispenser. I thought one might have forgot to change it or something..very much understandable....calledup the reception..asked for one at 8:30..response was i will provide you with it..15 mins later since there was no response i tried calling back and said please hurry up since I had to resch somewhere..15 mins past and i was done...went down saw that 3 people were already complaing about the worst experience and when i asked her she had no response...i asked and asked still no response....later she caught some dmall boy bring a soap...15 mins past buy snd still didnt get one..I had to go down for the second time..saw the lady carrying the soap.. So exactly it took 1hr 10 mins for a damn 10rs soap. 0/5
