I am a frequent traveler. This time I have booked Center Point for myself. I checked in on 22-02-2024 and checked out on 26-02-2024. On day one I raised a complaint about the noise of the AC and Kitchen ventilation but they couldn't help me with this. The next day they asked me to shift to another room on the 3rd floor. When they shifted me to another room there was no menu or scanner to order food even there was no number mentioned on the intercom to connect with reception or room service. Even it did not look like a premium room. All of a sudden they switched off the AC without any intimation after that I asked them to change my room and then they asked me to shift to another room as nobody was there on the 3rd floor and I was the only person staying there. Again they shifted me to 2nd floor. 3 times they have changed my room during my stay. Service is not at all good. in the second floor then the third floor then again on the second floor. I am a frequent traveler and this is my horrible experience.
Worst service from the hotel management. For complimentary breakfast, if the bowl gets empty, even if you request them to refill the same with the same food, they will just listen to you but will not fill it. I waited for 15-20 minutes but they were not concerned about it. Finally, I left the area.

Read moreI wish I had better things to say about my stay at Centre Point, Navi Mumbai. I booked a room for a night last week. Whilst, the hotel is located in a very busy industrial area of Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, it's tucked away in a quite corner. Apart from this, everything else was forgettable. ||||It was a working day for me and I was hoping to get some office work completed, but thanks to the hotel authorities Wi-Fi didn't for the entire duration of my stay. When I enquired about this as soon as I checked in, I was told by the reception that it usually takes 10 mins for the Wi-Fi to kick in - last I knew we were still in the 21st century. Anyway, I checked with the reception again after 30 mins, they gave them different Wi-Fi login credentials, which also didn't work. When I checked again (3rd time), I was told that there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and they'll check with their Manager and get back for me - for the remaining duration, no one got back to me. I had a similar experience with the TV not working. ||||These are trivial issues and I can certainly live without Wi-Fi and TV, but the point here is that it added to my bad experience. ||||I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly if you're on a business trip. ||||Hugely...
