Hotel Sai sharan Stay Inn — Hotel in Navi Mumbai

Booked the room seeing the good reviews and in a hurry, also it was near to my work place. While booking they told me the rooms are very good. I reached there around midnight. The reception people were awake and they checked me in and offered me a room on the ground floor. The room was hardly breathable and smelled awfully. The access to the ground floor rooms is also very narrow and dingy. On refusing that room, they offered me another room right opposite the earlier one. That too was slightly better but same suffocation existed like the room was shut for a long time. The bed sheet looked clean but the towels were very poor. The room was clean but there were ants clustered in some places. No wardrobe exists in their room and therefore had no place to hang my clothes. No intercom existed in the room, so had to physically go to the reception for each and every requirement like water or any room service. They had told me that the room had an television with cable facility. It was tru that the room was equipped with led TV but the point is that the cable service was not functional. So it was only a showpiece.😄. On enquiry, they told it would start working from next day. The washroom was clean but the tap once opened could not be closed and had to go and call the service boy to close it. The ventilator glass was broken and missing and hence no privacy. 😂. Please see the photo for believing. They had told me there was a functiony at the place for 5 days but checked out first thing in morning next day. On checkout, receptionist offered me rooms on upper floors, which are better but having experienced themal kitchen which would ensure complimentary breakfast and also any other food requirement. The menu kept in the room was so sticky that had to wash my hands on touching it. However, the breakfast person only comes to room at 9 am and he served me burnt parantha with nothing to go with it. No choice was offered. I had a plan to sta for a night, did not give it a second thought to leave the place. Would advise to have a good look at the place prior booking them. Not Even Deserve One Star. Below points..

1. Located in worst area n the management and reception people are terrible
2. I booked hotel through Agoda where it was mentioned 'free breakfast'. The manager internally got it changed n informed that I booked it through Booking. com and I cannot get free breakfast.
3. Tasteless food. If you order breakfast at 8 AM it will arrive at 9 PM n if you order lunch at 2 PM then it will take 1 hour to reach to your hotel room.
4. Hell lot of mosquitos and flies. Asked for mosquito repellent at 11 and after calling for 4 times at the reception I got it at 1.AM.
5. Room unclean n leakage in the washroom. Asked to get it repair as it was dangerous as water was leaking on light still it wasn't repaired.
6. Visited Mumbai for official purpose. Informed them prior that I have 1 guest who might come for stay. Before booking hotel they said it's ok we can manage 3 guest in one room but when the guest arrived they charged 900 extra which was pathetic

Recommending the future visitors to keep the check on this hotel. There is no transport availability from this hotel. Also rooms are completely different...
