Overall, my experience at ibis Navi Mumbai hotel was excellent. The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay with its impeccable service and amenities. However, one aspect that could be improved is the availability of non-smoking rooms. As a non-smoker, I found the options limited, and it would be beneficial if the hotel could allocate more non-smoking rooms to accommodate guests with similar preferences.

On a positive note, I would like to commend Meghna at the reception for her exceptional service. She was incredibly polite and soft-spoken, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Despite the initial unavailability of a non-smoking room, She took the initiative to ensure my comfort and promptly arranged for a non-smoking room, demonstrating her dedication to guest...

Stayed in this hotel for one night. Can't find any pros apart from cons. Rooms are pretty small for 7k room rent and pvc made smallest bathroom 1st time I have seen My stay included breakfast but but but I don't know if it can be called an breakfast buffet only two 2f fruits and no desert and some tasteless items like idli and sambar. Only chicken sausage that too cut in tiny pieces were available. And some eggs apart from this no other non veg items. Pathetic taste. Had to ask for basic things like sleepers and dental kit as we have 2 heads they put only one though had booking for of two. Cards were not working properly had to go down stairs 3-4 time just to inform the reception. No concierge available.

Won't recommend any one to avail this hotel at...
