Do not book this hotel They do not respect nor they have manners towards people who book online through apps like OYO This is because OYO offers good discounts and when you go to their front desk the receptionist guy is very rude and hesitates to give the room due to the discount provided by OYO The hotel staff say that they will not provide the room unless and until they pay for their own tariff rates and do not accept any bookings through oyo if it’s below their tarif rates They will very rudely ask you to cancel and call the OYO customer support and say that they will give you another property Very unprofessional and unmannered I asked them to look into the matter on their own.. they do not cancel on their own and also say that they are not on good terms and have lot of financial settlement with oyo Firstly.. they are also degrading a big made brand like OYO They are letting the customers down Second, if they don’t want to provide room on discounts they shouldn’t have partnered with oyo This is the second time I’m facing issue with this hotel First time when I went they asked us to checkout before 12am on the same day!! Service: Mr. Devendra & his staff was exceptional, providing prompt and in-time service throughout our stay. Whether it was room service or assistance with luggage, the hotel boys were always ready to help with a smile.

Worst management ever Had booked the room online When i arrived the room wasn’t available ,the guy at the reception just randomly informed its been cancelled since you arrived 20 mins late.. i mean how can they be so casual..the guy at the reception was so stupid and rude He was just running his y without any concern And talking about the rooms..the room was very tiny..in the pictures they did show a huge room..but it wasn’t!! Very disappointing..the management the person at the reception should first learn to handle the business there And i highly recommend do not visit here and waste your money This reception guy already...
