Hotel Sankalp Lodge — Hotel in Navi Mumbai

Really bad experience as wen we entered after check-in the receptionist ask us to pay more 120 via online payment then at midnight around 2.30am when we ask them to give us the sprite bottle they ask us to pay more amount including everything like GST n all but I won't understand that why we should pay more amount for just 40 rupees aerated drink bottle even before the staff is really not nice as they said that you guys need to give us tip before staying I mean I won't understand does the hotel owner doesn't pay them or just they are used to thug guests as always... Anyways I hope this may come to light and we are not going to suggest anyone after coming from long trips...

Disgusting staff behaviour..dnt know how to talk...i request everyone booking this hotel shud not book they r just next to impossible...the owner doesn't know anything what staff is doing in the hotel...v saw couples entering the hotel for 2-3 hrs basis...n inspite of paying the charges he denied us at late night to...

good place and good staff. reasonable place.... good place for short time stay... food is ordered from out...but they have options..... clean rooms...not in a noisy place.... there is mini sea shore near by to take a stroll and also the place have a lot of options for food......
