Never interested in writing review on any social media but I have to write this time because of the worst services provided by this hotel. So it's my first review ever on any social media..I had 2 days plan to stay in mumbai with my parents. First day, I was travelling alone from Pune to this hotel and my parents were joining me on 2nd day early morning and since the hotel will not allow check in to my parents before 12PM, I planned to book 1 room with 3 adults for 2 complete days. room rent for 2 persons for one day was 5600 and for 3 persons 7500 INR. So it cost me 15k for 2 days. Below are the incidents happened with me during my 2 days stay at this hotel, You guys can decide whether they were good or bad.
Despite booking a top-tier room, it is disheartening to encounter worn-out towels and a bed that slides, which undoubtedly affected the overall comfort and quality of your stay. Additionally, it is unfortunate that the bath tub was not in use, especially considering that the hotel has rooms equipped with this feature. It is puzzling that the hotel does not provide bubble bath, a basic amenity that should be available for guests with bath tubs.
The limited options available on the all-day menu, featuring only fried chicken, chicken pakoda, and veg pakoda, is indeed quite disappointing. A diverse range of choices is expected from a hotel of this caliber to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The lack of variety on the menu is a missed opportunity to provide a more enjoyable dining experience for guests.
Furthermore, the quality of the staff appears to be subpar, falling below the expected standard. The incident involving the security personnel instructing cab drivers to drop off guests outside the lobby instead of allowing them access is concerning. When you questioned the security personnel regarding this matter, their inability to provide a satisfactory answer further reflects the lack of professionalism and customer-oriented mindset.
Moreover, the broken lift floor and lack of maintenance in various areas further contribute to the overall dissatisfaction. A well-maintained and functional environment is crucial for ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay for guests. Unfortunately, it seems that this establishment fails to prioritize these important aspects.
Considering the numerous shortcomings and the disappointing experience you encountered, it might be worth exploring alternative options, even if they are slightly more expensive. There are likely other accommodations available that offer better amenities, attentive staff, and a higher level of customer satisfaction. Prioritizing a more reputable establishment with a stronger track record of quality and service could significantly enhance your overall experience and provide better value for your money.

Read moreI stayed here for 3 days for my brother's wedding. We had seen the infrastructure beforehand and it seemed well suited. In-room lighting was low. Can you function in it, yes. Can you click pictures in it, no! Also, there is one panel to switch on the lights which isn't calibrated correctly. If I wanted to switch on the passage light, bedside light would come on. Their services were sloppy and food was of poor taste. Reception - it took 20-30 minutes to allot a room to one guest/couple. Imagine the queue that formed because their processing speed was that of a snail. Room service was very slow. It could take anywhere up to an hour to get fulfilled. Usual response of the servers was to say 'No, we don't have this/that'. Instance - we requested for whiskey glasses but were given tall juice glasses and on requesting to change the same, server said no we don't have them. (This is when the hotel has a bar.) Ironing - We wanted clothes ironed. They don't have in-house ironing so it's outsourced. It takes more than 24 hours to get it done for 600/- a garment and if you want Express which is essentially the same day but not within a few hours, it's 1200/- a garment. Food - perpetually cold and full of garlic and am not talking about just the wedding dinner but their everyday buffet too. If you take garlic out, it was tasteless food. In-room dining - some of the guests ordered but no signature was taken on their bills and in some cases they asked for immediate clearance in cash/card. I could be wrong but I have always signed all bills and cleared them at the time of check-out. Accounts - messed up billing. We had to stand for hours and get it corrected.
