Worst Hotel Experience ā A Huge Discrepancy Between Photos and Reality
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There is a significant gap between the images displayed on hotel booking websites and the actual condition of the hotel. In fact, some of the photos seem misleading, and it is highly likely that a few of them do not even belong to this hotel. Upon arrival, we were shocked to see the stark contrast between what was advertised and what we encountered in reality.
The poor condition of the hotel forced us to change our plans entirely. The facilities were far from what was promised, making our stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. Despite its subpar quality, the restaurant charges exorbitant prices as if it were a five-star establishment. However, the overall condition of the hotel is nothing more than that of an ordinary, budget-friendly lodge.
Another major issue we faced was the staffās behavior, particularly the room boys, who directly demanded tips for every small service. Their attitude made the stay even more unpleasant, as it felt like we were being pressured at every turn.
Unfortunately, this problem is not limited to just this particular hotel. The red flags started showing up from the very beginning: the location is shady, the personnel was very unwelcoming at the check in, hot water is available only a couple of hours a day (there is a big sign at reception). However, we paid for 2 nights and went to check our room.
The room was smelling bad. Bed sheets were like never washed. Moreover bed sheets were torn in several places and had large ripped holes⦠Pathetic and disgustingā¦
Windows were never washed either and the personnel just tried to hide it behind closed curtainsā¦
Thus we decided to move to another hotel. When we were leaving, the manager told us that weāll get a refund for the second night and that we just need to send a request to the hotel.
We sent the request, but there was no answer. A second chaser did not help either.
Then we tried calling the hotel. At first we got promises to look into our request, but as you can guess, we got neither an answer nor a refund.
When I called back the hotel a week after, the hotel manager just hang up the phone and was not even willing to listen when he understood that I was calling regarding the reimbursement and that I was not a potential new customer that they may fool.
Bottomline: their worst hotel with very disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Keep away from these...

This room was also not to expectation. The beddings were not changed from previous use. We requested for complete clean bedding. The wash room is small and poorly maintained. No floor mat or hand towels are provided. The curtains dont seem to have been washed for 10 years!! There is no hot water after 9am to 4am the next morning.....so you cant have an enjoyable shower after your days outing.Vijay who seems to be the owner or manager is only interested in making money out you. Upon check in he refused to give me a upgrade room at the same price I booked . Vijay is the worst host I have come across in a hotel. He shows no committment towards guest hospitality. Dharm who seems to be the assistant has some commitment towards guest and is more approachable. If I had not paid in advance..I would have moved to another hotel as there are many close by. The house keeping manager did apologize for all the shortfalls...but Vijay was not even concerned or apologetic to our complaints. I am not sure how some guests provide good reviews for this hotel.. not even worth one star. Breakfast has very little to offer for a 3 star hotel. I will never recommended this hotel...it's the worst I have been to in my 5th visit to India...especially when indicating that's its a 3 star on google and 4 star at...
