The BawarchiKhana Restaurant | Best Restaurant in Mahipalpur — Restaurant in New Delhi

The overall experience was very displeasing. I'm just hoping it's by Fluke I experienced all these things.

The hotel looks really nice from outside, they also play for music out( not 🚫 inside). The AC wasn't working and it was hot and stinky with all sorts of food smells.

The waiter night the main course and the STARTERS later. The rice was cold in my thali and he refused the daal in spite of it being written in the main menu, the so called "butter chicken" tasted like tomato sour soup in it, the biryani was cold and dry ( when told to warm it again it was made completely dry( they probably micro waved it).

. No bill given. Just verbally total was told. The food takes forever to come. ( ALMOST HALF AN HOUR)

The only thing that tasted ok was the mutton tikka pieces we ordered.

Came here with high hopes after being away from the country for 8 years, only to be met with one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. First off, we were made to wait nearly 30 minutes just for a simple order of momos – no updates, no apologies, nothing.

And then, when the food finally arrived, we noticed it was halal – something we clearly weren’t comfortable with and hadn’t been informed about at the time of ordering. We politely tried to return the dish, only to be rudely told we had to pay for it anyway. No courtesy, no understanding – just plain arrogance.

The staff’s attitude was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. It’s honestly shocking and upsetting to be treated this way, especially as someone who just returned to the country after 8 years. I expected warmth and hospitality, not this kind of hostile and disrespectful behavior.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration – there are plenty of better places around that actually care about...

The BawarchiKhana restaurant is one of the best restaurants around Mahipalpur. It has hygienic and spacious seating with professional staffs, welcoming atmosphere, and absolutely delicious food. There's a wide range of delicacies we can choose from and they also customize the spices as per one's taste. We went to the restaurant throughout our stay and it was the best decision we made!
