A colleague and me went there for a business trip. ||The hotel was booked for us, so we did not do a lot of research prior. Usually I don't write reviews because of time and I have seen some bad hotel rooms in my life, in this case however, a review is necessary. Here some details:||We arrived in the early morning after a flight from Germany, so we had the desire for a shower and some sleep. First thing I noticed in my room was a moldy smell, that seemed to be mixed with some "chemical" smell. ||Bath mat looked very dirty, definitely not washed or cleaned before. Bathroom itself looked "ok" at the very first glance in relation to what I expected from standards in Delhi. At a second glance however, I did not want to touch anything, because of dirty surfaces and mold in the corners, little flies in the shower. I got the impression, that bathroom and also the room itself had not been cleaned recently (if ever...). Shower was open, so the whole bathroom was wet after showering, which felt bad in combination with the dirt. We bought a big bottle of sanitizer. ||Blanket and pillow inside the envelope looked like one should not touch it either. Envelope itself looked ok but had the chemical smell, so probably that smell was not due to cleaning. Bed sheet had a dirty spot on one side so I only slept on the other side. Normally I would have urged the staff to change it but it already took them half an hour to bring a new towel. ||Towels were the next and bigger problem in my opinion. I only got one for everything. First towel I got had brown marks on it... at the very least the towels should be clean in a hotel. I told the staff member, who did not seem suprised, but he brought me a new one. I unfolded it and it had brown marks again... incredible. For the next one I waited some time but I finally got one without marks on it... ||The worst thing however was after some days I discovered blue spots on my towel (photos attached). I first thought it was due to shower gel but it was the same case for my colleague. Most likely mold in the towel that seems not to be washed properly. Showed it to the staff member who was again not much concerned. After another long time he brought me a new towel, of course with brown marks again. After all that, we decided to move to another hotel. ||During and after stay I was shocked to see many of the google and booking fake recommendations but that's how the system seems to work here...||After coming home: one week later the smell of the room still does not get out of clothes after washing at 60°C... its incredible. ||Honorable mentions: |- Killed two cockroaches in my bathroom, but saw more in my bathroom and in the room during stay.|- only went to breakfast once - was edible but not good - breakfast room was not clean at all so I prefered the hunger in the morning for the rest of the stay |- no safe in the room, very bad if you have a laptop with you. |- Most of the hotel staff barely speaks any english (Hotel "International" Inn :D )||Recommendation: |1. dont go here, I honestly think it is bad for your health. |2. if you go to Delhi, either do some critical research (be very careful: majority of comments seem to be fake, ironically also some of the bad ones since hotels compete), OR look at the rooms in Delhi and book there OR safest way is to spend a little more money and go to a western standard hotel chain e. g. in the aerocity.||Worst hotel experience of my...

Staying at Hotel International Inn was a complete disaster, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this place if you value your comfort and sanity. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, especially considering its proximity to Delhi Airport. You would expect a certain level of service and hospitality near such a major hub, but this place offers none of that.
Terrible Staff and Rude Management: The staff here is shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. I have never encountered hotel staff so indifferent to their guests. Any time I asked for help, I was either ignored or met with eye rolls and sarcastic responses. Even worse, when I finally managed to speak to the manager, they were just as rude and didn’t know how to talk to guests. It’s embarrassing for a hotel located in a key area to have such poor customer service, starting from the top.
Horrible Room Conditions: The rooms are a total nightmare. They are far smaller than what is shown online, and once you step inside, you’re greeted by an awful smell that lingers throughout your stay. The rooms were filthy – dirty floors, stained sheets, and dust everywhere. It was like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom was equally disgusting, with grime and dirt clearly visible. And to make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work, so the room felt like a furnace, and the windows couldn’t even be opened to let in some air.
No Hot Water: One of the most basic things any hotel should provide is hot water, but this place can’t even manage that. There was no hot water in the room, despite repeated complaints to the front desk. I had to take cold showers throughout my stay, which is completely unacceptable, especially at a hotel charging what they do.
Dirty Common Areas: It wasn’t just the rooms that were in bad shape. The hallways, reception area, and even the elevator were dirty and smelled unpleasant. The whole hotel feels neglected and poorly maintained, which makes you question their hygiene practices. If the public areas are this bad, I can only imagine the state of their kitchen and other behind-the-scenes areas.
Zero Value for Money: For the amount of money they charge, this hotel is a complete rip-off. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that offer better service and cleaner rooms than this so-called "airport hotel." It’s clear that this hotel only cares about making money off travelers who are looking for convenience near the airport, but trust me, it's not worth it. You’d be better off spending a little more to stay somewhere decent, or even sleeping in the airport lounge would be a better option than staying here!
Final Verdict: I wouldn’t recommend Hotel International Inn to anyone, not even for a short layover. This place is a disaster – rude staff, unhelpful management, filthy rooms, no hot water, non-working air conditioning, and an overall sense that no one cares about the guests. You’ll leave feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and ripped off. Save yourself the trouble and find another hotel. This one should be avoided...
Read moreRoom 303 I dont know where to start from So we had two rooms booked in this hotel one they gave us at the time of check in Around 12 and one was not ready so we told them that its ok you can do the HK but make sure its ready by 4 they gave us the room around 5.30 . We were ok with that as well
But the one that they gave us early was cleaned but The glasses were not clean and only one glass was provided! Toiletries were not there Toilet roll was not there Showers were not working properly ! Jet was not working properly ( there is no proper pressure ) Tv was not working as there was some signal issue ( the free channels were not working as well ) We found one coconut oil used bottle in our washroom Ac is whistling continuously The room look spacious in pictures but its not! Trust me! THE ROOMS R SMELLING OF PEST CONTROL AND WHEN I ASKED ONE STAFF THEY TOLD ME “ YES MAM WOH ROZ HOTA H “ i was like ok pls make sure that u send someone with the room freshener or something they didn’t even did that i sprayed the whole room with my personal perfume!
So these all are the problems that i have faced in the room that they gave us @ the time of check in
Now let me tell u about the another room which they gave us around 5.30 ( it was for the parents ) Room service ( 300 no for RS) was not picking up so i called the reception that they r not picking up as i have tried 2-3 time
So “MR MANIK JHA” rudely told me that “ MAM THIS IS THE RECEPTION NUMBER CALL ON ROOM SERVICE TRY AGAIN “ I was so pissed I didn’t said anything at that time as well! What make me loose my mind was
I FOUND AN ALIVE COCKROACH IN THE ROOM AND IT MUST SOUND DISGUSTING BUT I CARRIED THAT ALIVE COCKROACH TO THE LOBBY AND I ASKED THEM HOW OFTEN DOES PEST CONTROL HAPPENS SO “”MR MANIK JHA”” who is the duty manager of the hotel responded so lightly and told me yes mam will see and he was so calm at that time like nothing happened !! I didn’t expected this from “”MR MANIK JHA”” being a duty manager ! And even there were no proper toiletries in the room (312) as well.
The only good thing is the location as it is close to the airport and there many basic staff positions staff workers who r very corporative and nice but “MR MANIK JHA WAS WAY TOO MUCH RUDE AS BEING A DUTY MANAGER HIS DUTY SHOULD APOLOGISE ONCE HE DIDN’T EVEN DID THAT! EVEN IN THE MORNING MR MANIK JHA MISBEHAVED WITH US! And he was smiling when...
