I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would strongly advise against booking here. After confirming my reservation at an agreed-upon price, the hotel attempted to bargain and increase the rate upon arrival, claiming that this is not the real price for their hotel. This is completely unethical and deceptive. To make matters worse, their customer service along with their owner was rude and unhelpful, refusing to honor the original booking price. They were clearly trying to scam guests by locking them into a reservation and then demanding more money. Room is spacious and clean. Room service third class. We are staying night and deal 3000/- including tax and 1 extra bad. I am saying to manager i need blanket, and he provide me Badsheet. I repeat 3 time same thing but no response from hotel management. I order morning tea without any snacks. But hotel staff give 2 alu paratha this cost is 250/- per nos. And I am Gujarati and I respect the food. So we take it. But don’t know alu paratha is this cost.
