Hotel O Cloud — Hotel in New Delhi

Oyo markets this hotel as PREMIUM and I must tell you that it is absolutely below-below average category hotel that oyo generally provides. The photos uploaded on oyo app is totally photoshopped and it does not give you the right idea about its rooms (I wonder whether the oyo captains even verify this, pathetic). During my night stay of just 5 hrs, out of which I was sleeping last 4, I faced numerous challenges which made me totally upset after a long tiring journey. Now the issues: everything was dirty (we checked 3 rooms and all were more or less similar with respect to cleanliness). There were rats in the room. Door latch was broken, of all the 3 rooms that we checked. There was seapage on the wall. There were spit marks on the walls. Worms were present in the washroom (we totally avoided the washroom). There was security flay as well because the hotel staff was not willing to give room keys rather they were keeping it with them (there was just 1 key I guess). I had to insist on getting the key because I was not feeling safe at the hotel any time. There was no ventilation as well and the interior lobby of the hotel gives you a feel of low cheap class hotels. This was absolutely not expected from OYO, not at all.

One more thing, if OYO is looking at this review and really wants to keep up to the standard that it follows, we request you to either revamp this hotel or totally cancel the 'OYO' tag given to this hotel or at least the 'PREMIUM' tag?? Absolutely...

Worst possible experience. Booked a hotel. Confirmed earlier only. Hotel changed(1). Went to the hotel. They said they do not take bookings through oyo. All customer care 2nd time. They checked for shifting and more than 5 hotels didn't respond. After that an hotel accepted. Called the hotel. They said they do not take bookings through oyo(2). Called customer care for the 3rd time. He took property manager in call and he gave me location. Went there,they said not accepting booking at this price. Called customer care for the 4th time. They said they can't help..either they will again shift the booking or cancel the booking altogether. All this is happening between 11:30 pm to 1:00 am in Delhi , and I was traveling solo. Scary, dangerous. They said they can't provide any...

I was returning from Frankfurt and had to stay overnight in a hotel, because my next flight was at 5:30 in the morning. The whole night I could not sleep, because of shouting - men, women quarelling. The hotel I stayed in Delhi, runs a brothel within. The name of the Hotel is "Clouds 21" and is in Mahibalpur. You can get all the prohibited things in this hotel. The linen were extremely dirty, TV did not run - totally fed up. I did not complain the hotel staff, because they might throw me out in the middle of the night.
