Kelvish Hotel Near Delhi Airport-Yoshbhomi-Spinal/ILBS Hospital- — Hotel in New Delhi

I recently stayed at this hotel, after having a problem with my original booking at hotel Stanley. Before I get into the story, this hotel is simply unhygienic, dirty and lacks a sense of hospitality. Do not go by the positive reviews. I feel a lot these are fake. The rooms are just pathetic. Bathrooms were dirty, sheets were dirty. We actually slept without a quilt with air conditioner because we just couldn't use those quilts. Somehow they have made the photos look really good but the reality is completely different.

That said, I'd strongly recommend not staying in any hotel that is linked to the chain that owns this one. See the image attached. the chain is called Foxi hotels. Among other hotels they own the hotel Stanley by lord grand. We had a harrowing experience recently (Aug 2023) when we had booked hotel Stanley through Agoda for our stay in Delhi and found that the hotel actually is not operational when we reached the site. The property owners were unreachable (phones switched off). This was at 10 Pm in the night and I had 4 senior citizens with me who were tired of travelling. No, the room did not meet our expectations at all. 3rd class hotel and stinky rooms and service too poor and slow. Will not recommend at all. Poor management and lazy receptionist as he was so rude and did not cooperate at all. Please don’t go and find a good hotel room as so small room and third mattress was also arranged lately on the floor.
