Hotel Sehrawat Inn — Hotel in New Delhi

Me and my friend booked this hotel at an offer of 55%.The total room price shown in the website was 800 but due to the offer we got 440 rs discount. In the booking receipt it has mentioned that the amount payable at the hotel is 288 because we have already paid 72 rs online while made the booking. Due to the flight delay we reached late but there was no rooms available because they have given it to someone else since we showed up late. They arranged an alternate room for that day and told us to check in their hotel for the next day(we had a 2 day booking). Room was neat but the heater was not working. At the time of check out they charged 120 rs per day extra that comes around 240 rs for two night stay. While I asked the clarification the manager said booking receipt amount is not inclusive of taxes. But the amount payable was clearly mentioned in the booking receipt. We booked this hotel on a basis of the photos and it is nothing like in the pictures! The rooms are filthy and I can't even describe the bedlinen. The duvet cover had stains and blood for example. The room was very cold (temprature under 10 degrees in Delhi in January) and there is an open window to outside in the bathroom but nothing to heat up the room. We had asked the hotel to pick us up from the airport and they agreed, but they only send some guy, who organised us a normal airport taxi with a double of the price of course. We also asked the reception to order as a taxi next morning as we had quite early flight. There was no one in the reception in the morning and there were no taxi either. Very bad experience. Never book this pathetic hotel. 1st - I've paid RS. 1000 for extra bed in 2 room but after reached there they told me, that they don't have enough space in room, so they can't. 2nd- in morning there is no water in the bathroom and toilet. You've to stop yourself, doesn't matter how much you need to go to the bathroom. 3rd - Hotel Staff is so rude. Looks like they don't get salary on time, and looted the guest. No bathing kit, no dental kit, no water for drink. You will be charged double from MRP. 4th - hotel staff will not help you if you've any issue. He will give you smile, but will not solve the water issue...
