We were travelling to Himachal from Bangalore a couple of weeks back. We had planned to stay in Delhi for a couple of nights. Booked this hotel online in advance 10 days prior visit making the payment upfront. When we reached the hotel, we were told that they are not accepting any online bookings for which payments are already made. They asked us to book another room and not to make the payment this time. When we checked the room, the price had increased to more than double what we had paid.

FRAUD Alert!!! Property Owner charged bookings price more than floor price. This property is asking 100% Extra amount of the online booking amount in the name of GST and conveyance. Beware, if you are booking with OYO app (May be similar experience with other online app). I wish i could have visited the google review page. Learnings... Never book this property using OYO app. Never pay the 10% or 100% using OYO app link of payment. You have to pay the same amount again while check in at Hotel Counter. Read moreAfter check in was treated with rubber rotis, unboiled potatoes in Dinner. The charge for this horrible veg food was Rs 500 per person. Guest's opinion doesn't matter to them as they give their routine complimentary breakfast without considering the zone from where the guest belongs in India. Moreover when reported with this problem, they gives threat that I will be blocked in OYO. Please do that as if urs is the last hotel in Delhi.
