Super Hotel O INTERNATIONAL EMBASSY — Hotel in New Delhi

Rooms are not maintained properly, they said they have given me the best room, the bedsheet was torn, noise of construction work, AC remort dosent work.||There is no telephone in the room, they gave me the mobile number to call if i have to order something.||I ordered for a tea in the afternoon they took my order after waiting for half an hour i called them again and they refuse to serve me tea saying, now we have lunch orders and we cannot take your tea order.||Second day i have to call 2 times to get my breakfast, which was delivered after 45 min and they just serve me 2 indian breads.||In the evening i order for tea, they took my order and then after 45 min i called them back to check they said it will take more time to deliver 1 cup of tea bcz they have food order of a group who just checked in, as if my order was not important, after 15 min I tried to call again they switched off the phone, basically after 1 and half hour they deliver my tea, when I asked why so late the room servisw guy just said receptionist just told me about your order, I dont know who is right here.||I asked a housekeeping guy to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste and gave him 100Rs. He got from shop and total bill was about Rs.40, the rest of the amount he kept it without even asking, when i asked where is the balance amout he said the shopkeeper is selling these items in black, when i again asked him he said he kept the money.||I order for RO water, guy is tell he will search the empty bottles and then deliver RO water.||Bathroom was not cleaned, WC conditions is worst.||Hotel location displayed on oyo is wrong it says 0.8km from metro station, where as it is almost 2 km from metro station. ||Manager was nice and talking well, however he is unaware of how staff is treating the guest. ||I would never recommend this...

I have already commented once but I forgot to mention few things... 1.Their staff never give respect to those customers who have done online payment.. 2.they were forcing me to give good rating during check out but one couple entered in that hotel at that time so somehow I managed and I m giving rating now.. I can simple tell now one can give five star to this hotel, if u r not trusting me then go ahead for this hotel especially through online payment, u will see by ur self, what will happen to u.. Staff especially reception staffs were very very rude and during checkout , they were greeting me in a good way... For online booking they give room at 3rd and 4th floor and I think these floors are in extremely bad condition.. 4.they gave me a good room although that was not good but little bit decent than earlier room...here I have also posted few pictures...very bad commode condition, geysernot working, seepage problem, broken bed, cracked walls etc . They don't have any phone on 3rd and 4th floor and I think may be in full hotel, for reception or kitchen, they have given mobile no., u have to call them on that nos. Location was very bad, if u will book ola or uber, I think they can't come to ur place directly and sometimes they simply deny to go in this area.. Location is very dirty..please book any hotel in this region on road side... 7.if u will see all reviewsthen u will find that few persons are giving every time good or five star rating to this people..aapko samajh m aa gya hoga ki ye log kaun h... Please be cautious before booking...
